Isla's pov

Hanna came over a few hours ago which I was super happy about because I feel like I haven't seen her in forever so we talked about everything that was happening and my old school then I told her stuff that was happening at my new school we talked about Madison etc

"I'm stealing you're done and whatever these things are," she said hugging ace and eating the cheese balls my mom had brought when she was grocery shopping

"Oh you are going to die good luck" Hanna laughed and I just look at her confused

Then I looked at my phone to see an Instagram notification and I was just about to click it but then the doorbell rang which ace differently didn't seem to like because he ran to the door barking

"I'll get it" my mom yelled from the kitchen so I opened the notification and it was a picture Madison had posted on Instagram

"Oh my god I-" I said and Hanna was laughing so hard by now

"Look how adorable she is in these glasses come on you can't tell me I'm wrong. she's so beautiful" I said again

"Your welcome" she replied and I rolled my eyes

"I would have seen it anyway" I replied

"Ya by stocking her like a creep" 

"Well I stand by my decision if I didn't I would get to see photos like this it confuses me how she's so adorable and beautiful at the same time like she's perfect," I said turning my phone to her then Hanna's eyes widened

Then someone behind said "who are you talking about" so I shut my phone and whipped my head around to see Madison

"Oh nothing we're talking about a guy that our old school no need to worry about it," Hanna said after seeing how nervous I was and how much I was panicking

"Oh cool" Madison replied sounding a bit sad but I had no clue why

"Ya"

"Do you have a boyfriend?" She asked with Hope in her eyes

I glanced at Hanna not knowing what to say then she nodded her head slightly I think all I saw was her head moving

"Ya um yes I do," I said

"Nice! What's his name?" She smiled but I could tell it was fake

"Um-" I started but then Hanna cut me off

"Levi her boyfriend's name is Levi and he going to my school," Hanna said saving me again

"Oh ok well um my mom just texted me saying we have to go I guess I'll see you on Monday isla," she said before walking out of the room

Then I heard Lily complaining and saying she wanted to stay with ace which I thought was cute

"What happened there," my mom said walking into the room

"What do you mean," I asked

"Madison showed up looking super happy and almost ran in here when I told her that's where you were but then came out looking sad and whispered something to her mom then left

"Well Hanna sent me something Madison had posted on Instagram then I was freaking out about it because she's so cute and pretty at the same time but then she walked in and asked who we were talking about and we made up a story about Levi and how he's my boyfriend" Levi was me and Hanna's other best friend back home which I would 100% never do

"Oh so she likes you," my mom said

"What?" I asked confused
