DERAYIt's been two weeks since my fallout with Chancez. Ever since then we have been like fleeting trains in the night. I'd wake up, he would be gone. He'd wake up, I would be gone. It wasn't my intention, but I didn't feel like arguing anymore. Chancez wanted to be reassured that he was number one in my life, when in actuality that couldn't be the case. My son HAD to come before any man or any woman for that matter. Children are ALWAYS supposed to be the priority. Now, Chancez was definitely my number two. He just wouldn't allow us to be the way we used to be. A week ago, I moved Marisol and Eric out of the hotel they were staying in and into the two guest bedrooms. I knew I was taking a great risk, but I had to have my son near me. We had missed so much time together over the years and I wanted to build a real relationship with him. I thought Chancez would understand that. He didn't. He saw this as an act of betrayal on my part. It was as if I was choosing my ready made family over him. That is not the case. I decided I was going to have to make the first move to getting us back to where we needed to be.
This morning I pushed back all of my meetings and decided to cook breakfast for everyone. I whipped up my famous strawberry swirl pancakes, my cheesy scrambled eggs, French toast and buttery grits. I freshly squeezed some Papaya juice. After I was finished I alerted Marisol and Eric about the breakfast prepared for them in the kitchen, before taking Chancez' upstairs to him. He was lying on his stomach with the silk sheets slightly off the bed. I saw his left ass cheek sticking out of the side of his green boy shorts. I had to inhale to keep from getting a hard on. We hadn't had sex in two weeks either. But, I wasn't pressuring him or even trying to pursue that by doing this. I had another plan in mind. I wanted to repair this broken family and make us all a whole.
I sat the tray down on the small bar we had set up, before walking over to the bed. Since I wasn't wearing anything but some white silk pajama pants, I didn't want this to get out of hand. My intentions were to wake Chancez and tell him my plan. I slowly climbed onto the bed and tapped his shoulder. He didn't awake. So, I tried a different approach. I began to lick down his neck to the crevice of his back. When I got to the nape of his back, I started to kiss him gently; as I pulled the silk sheet down further to showcase his ass. When I reached for the shorts, his eyes fluttered and opened. We stared at each other.
"Good morning," he said.
"Good morning, babe," I replied. "I cooked us breakfast. Will you eat with me?"
He smiled, "I have something better in mind."
Before I knew it, he had pulled me towards him. Our tongues met and intertwined. I realized he had brushed his teeth. We continued to kiss softly, as I slowly climbed on top of him. He twisted his body until he was on his back with his legs wrapped around my back. I felt him wrap his arms around my neck and stroke the back of my head.
"When did you have time to brush your teeth," I asked.
He smirked, "When you were downstairs cooking that breakfast," I smiled at him. "I've missed you, too."
