I light my seventh cigarette in two hours, I'm pretty sure I'll get a nicotine overdose if that's even possible. My doorbell rings and I already know who it is. I fly to my feet with the cigarette pressed between my lips, the smoke wavers into my eyes making them sting and well up. I open the door and Marius storms in.

"Where the fuck is he?!?" He slurs his words a little, I immediately know he's drunk. This man can't handle his liquor at all.

"He's gone," I say, closing the door behind him. Marius is standing in the center of the living room, frantically looking for a sign of Cench. Eventually he stops drastically opening every door in my apartment and stands in the center of it with his hands on his hips, surging with drunken rage.

"So you just let him go just like that? Before I could beat the living hell out of him?"

I shrug and ash my cigarette.

"Nice place by the way," he nods of approval, his features turning pleased for a second before anger swept on his face again. "Where can we find him?"  He grits behind his baring teeth. I shrug and I can see his anger evolve to rage.

"Marius, you're drunk. Just sit your ass down," surprisingly he does as told.

"If I find this lil boy I'll cause him harm, Hanne. I'll beat the living hell out of him." I shiver at the serious tone his words carry.

"Where's your phone?!" Marius stands up and snatches my phone from the coffee table. My muscles tensed for action, and the room seemed three sizes smaller than before. I couldn't spend one more moment in here with these thoughts, not being able to do a damn thing about this. Marius scrolls through my phone but I don't bother fighting him for it.

"How big is he? Not bigger than me right?" He throws my phone back on the couch and flares his nostrils in anger.

"Nah, he's shorter than you, so you're good," I say supporting my face on my hands. Tears fall but I bite my tongue to hold them in. Marius comes closer and an arm wraps around my shoulder, when he presses my head against his chest I sob.

"I feel so stupid," I whine, rubbing my mascara-stained cheeks on his sweater, knowing he's too drunk to care. Marius strokes my hair and nods.

"You are a little stupid..." He says softly. "But this is a lesson all of us need to learn. I'll beat him up. If I see that fuckin boy it's on sight. But you needa let him go and get yourself another man." The doorbell rings and seconds later it swings open.

"I forgot I had a spare key," I recognize Alexia's voice. Her loud footsteps carry her toward the living room and she abruptly stops walking when she sees Marius. Her eyes shift toward me and her brows raise in confusion.

"Damn... You really are fast," her eyes are still drifting between Marius and me. "I came as soon as I heard... but I see you've already moved on. Who's this?"

"I'm her brother," Marius stands up from the couch again. instantly towering over her. He holds out his hands and she's smirking when she shakes it. "Marius."

"Alexia."

"Oh like the princess?"

"Princess?"

"The princess of Holland is named Alexia." They're still holding hands as they speak and I hate the way she's eye fucking him. I cringe so bad I feel it all the way in my teeth.

"Really? Didn't know that."  I hate the way they're smiling at each other. I sob and clear my throat.

"Hello, I'm heartbroken over here!" I yell and another sob follows. Alexia finally lets go of my brother's hand and hurries toward me.
