"Sorry that I'm late Mr. Stark, I got kidnapped. Anyway is it Game night?" Peter Casually walks in, slinging his bag to the ground and taking his usual seat at the bench. Tony turns to him nodding before catching onto his words.
"Hold on Underoos, rewind please" Tony said, making a little back up motion with his finger. Peter narrowed his eyes in thought, "Sorry I'm late?" He said, hoping to avoid a confronting situation.
"Nuh Uh, don't do that, you know I hate it when you do that" Stark remarked.
"Fiiinnne, I got kidnapped, no big deal" Peter sighed, shrugging and looking around for anything that could be used as a diversion.
"NO. BIG. DEAL! Seriously kid, we need to have a talk." Tony was blinking rapidly and Peter was worried for his sanity in that moment.
"How did it happen? Did they know about your powers? Did they 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙩 you?" The mentor was practically reeling with an emotion that sat between anger and concern.
"I'm fine Mr. Stark! This guy was just waiting outside my school in a white van and stopped me when I walked past," Peter started, he didn't want to fully explain the situation because he knew there would be judgement. By the look on Tony's face he didn't have a choice.
"He said that my parents sent him to pick me up cause they were busy." Peter sighed.
"So you told him he was wrong, and then he grabbed you?" Tony asked, thinking he was finishing Peter's story. The boy only looked down, biting his lip.
"Right Pete?" He asked again. This time Peter looked up and shook his head simultaneously,
"Your Parents are dead Peter!" Stark shouted, throwing his arms out in exasperation. Peter flinched a little but shook it off easily, it was a long time ago.
"Ouch, Mr. Stark" He stated nonchalantly, the man gave him a pointed look and he immediately raised his hands in surrender.
"I didn't want to hurt his feelings! That man risked a-lot trying to kidnap a high school student. I thought the least I could do was give him a cool story about how he was taken down by Spider-Man to tell in prison, okay?!" Peter said, voice slightly raised. Tony stared at him for a bit, contemplating wether he should be disappointed or weirdly proud...Heyyy, I know this ones pretty short - I apologise. I'm running low on ideas and I just wanted to remind people that I accept requests (would love some actually). Anyway, that's all from me, so have a good day/night :)
