"AHHHHHH, he is late!" Naruto cursed and Luffy looked over.
"I thought Tachi san was gonna teach us." Luffy said and Sasuke frowned. He was extremely excited when Itachi came in as jonin instructor but then he called Hinata, Kiba and Shino and left the class.
"That bastard Kiba gets Itachi nii, Its unfair." He said and pouted. Naruto also agreed. But since the Hokage thought Itachi would be reluctant to put Sasuke up for risky scenarios, he changed his mind.
"Maybe a little prank will be good." Naruto smiled an evil smile and the other two followed suit.
AFTER A FEW MINUTES:
The three were laughing hard as Kakashi fell for the simplest prank in the book. He looked over and saw the three were in this together.
He smiled a little and said, "I like you guys a lot."
Naruto and Sasuke were getting weirded out and Luffy just smiled. "I see, you like us huh. I like you too half face!" He smiled and the other two made a weird face at Luffy.
ACADEMY ROOFTOP:
"I am Monkey D Luffy, I will become the King of pirates! I like meat, that ramen thing and I like Naruto, Bangs, Bang's mom and dad, Itachi san and the Ramen guy. I dislike the pinky and the time I have to wait until meat is cooked." Luffy said and the other three smiled
In Kakashi's mind, 'What is... the king of pirates?' (Or if you are truly cultured, 'Kaizoku ou te... Nani?')
"I am Uchiha Sasuke, I like my family, Rice balls and the two idiots." The last part he said in a wisper. "I hate girls who faun over nothing but looks, and loud ones. As for my goal I want to ki- Surpass someone." He said and the other three blinked
"Did you say kill?" Naruto asked
"No, the author is just used to that sentence." (AND YES I WROTE LIKE THREE FF BEFORE AND ITS BASICALLY MUSCLE MEMORY)
"Either way, since we all are done with the introductions, let me tell you about the test for tomorrow."
A FEW MOMENTS LATER ON THE WAY TO ICHIRAKU:
"F-f-failed? But we just got to be.." Naruto started to trail off and the other two held him since his legs felt weak.
"Don't mind that! If we fail you two will still be my crewmates in finding the one piece! One blonde who cooks well and the serious one!" Luffy laughed and the other two smiled. When they were with Luffy, all the world's trouble seems far away.
THE NEXT MORNING:
Luffy's stomach growled as the three were walking to the training ground. Naruto and Sasuke felt weak as well. The three arrived early and as usual Kakashi was late.
Kakashi held out the two bells and looked at the three. "The first two to take the bell from me will be qualified." He said and the three looked at each other and smiled. Kakashi looked at the three confused. What were they thinking?
"But YOU! You didn't bring enough food!" Naruto complained and Kakashi just looked confused.
"I said only two of you get to eat." Kakashi said and Naruto crossed his arms.
"But if SOMEONE wins, that's basically no food." He said and Kakashi looked weirded out
"You don't know basic math?" Kakashi asked
"You don't know Luffy." Naruto said and marched off to join the other two in formation.
Kakashi just scratched his cheek. "What did he mean? I mean, the Luffy ki-" Then it hit him. 'Ahhhhhh, so one is going to starve either way.' He smiled awkwardly.
Kakashi saw the three ready to attack and got serious. "Well then, lets see your resolve."
A FEW MOMENTS LATER:
"You three, pass." Kakashi said and the three looked at him in surprise.
"Eh? But the bells?" Naruto asked and Kakashi looked at Naruto.
"In this Shinobi world, those who don't follow orders are scum. But those who abandon their friends are worse than scum! All three of you, PASS!" Kakashi gave a thumbs up and the three fell to the ground in exhaustion. They fought together from the beginning and we didn't get to the lunch feeding part.
"By the way, what were you guys thinking when I said only two of you pass?" He asked and the three replied in union
"We will first get the three bells from you and then fight among ourselves to determine who passes." They said in a smile and Kakashi face palmed. These three really are unpredictable.
