Episode 5 : The Day Natasha's Sister Came In

Synopsis : On a mission one day, Natasha reunites with her sister and she decides to welcome her into the team.

Thinking the simple mission of obtaining a pen drive from a highly secure minister's house in Colombia was going to be a child's game was a mistake on Natasha's part. Clint and her had been assigned the mission by Fury. The pen drive contained everything that could expose the newly reformed
S. H. I. E. L. D. Clint had gone in secretly through the vents while Natasha had ramaged through the entire building but it was in vain. Nobody was there and the pen drive was gone too so she headed outside to see if she could get anything while informing Clint on the comms to come out. As she went out, she was met with a couple of highly trained officers who surrounded her but she being the Black Widow herself, easily punched and kicked her way out of it when she saw a helicopter flying up and landing in front of her. There was a flicker in her eyes as she recognised the helicopter. As it landed, from in there emerged a blonde woman and seeing Natasha, her eyes went wide, and teary. Natasha gasped too. It was Yelena Belova. Her little sister.

Natasha : Что ты здесь делаешь сестра? (What are you doing here sister?)

Natasha said in Russian. The other woman replied in Russian too.

Yelena : Я освободил последнюю вдову. Она уже ушла, но что ты здесь делаешь? (I freed the last widow. She had already left but what are you doing here?)

Natasha : I was here to take an important pen drive but it's gone already.

Natasha sighed.

Yelena : Oh like this one?

She said in a thick Russian English accent as she took out a pen drive from her pocket. Natasha immediately recognised the drive that she had seen the picture of before.

Natasha : Yes. Where did you get this?

Yelena : Oh after I knocked all the guys inside to rescue her I saw the drive on one of the people and took it as it looked important.

Natasha : No wonder there was no one inside but Thank you so much. You are a life saver.

Yelena smiled.

Yelena : я скучал по тебе сестра. (I missed you sister)

Natasha : я скучал по тебе тоже. (I missed you too. )

Both had wet eyes and Yelena jumped into her sister and hugged her tightly. Natasha too squeezed her not wanting to let her go. That's when Clint came in.

Clint : Ahh sorry to interrupt but what's goi'n on?

Natasha loosened and wiped her eyes. Clint had rarely seen her like this.

Natasha : Clint remember I had told you about my family? This is my sister Yelena.

Clint was surprised. He had heard about this fake family stint before and how she had reunited with them 2 years ago but he had never wondered that he would meet any of them.

Clint : Oh hi. I'm Clint.

Yelena : Clint Barton. Yes I've heard about you. You were the one my sister was stuck with in Budapest.

Clint : Hey she wasn't stuck with me, I was stuck with her.

Both the sisters laughed.

Natasha : Clint can you take the pen drive to Fury? I have to talk to my sister.

Clint agreed and took the quinjet back. Natasha and Yelena went to the helicopter.

Yelena : What do you want to talk about?

Natasha : I was thinking about talking to you about this sooner or later but now that we've met....

Yelena : Natasha will you please rip off the bandaid and tell me what's going on?

Natasha : I want you to join the team.

Yelena : You are asking me to join your team? Like The Avengers?

Natasha : Ya. We are recruiting new members. Of course you're gonna be training for a while but I want you to be there with me. We've lost too much time and I want to spend more time with you.

Natasha smiled.

Yelena : Are you serious? I want to be there with you too.

Natasha : Then let's go.

In a few hours, the helicopter reached the Avengers Tower rooftop. In the tower was present Tony, Steve, Bruce, Bucky, Sam and now Wanda and Vision had also come back after travelling around the world for a while. Almost everyone was there in the lounge when the Elevator opened and Natasha came in with Yelena. All the heads turned to the new blonde beside their friend.

Sam : Hey you're back. Where's Barton?

Natasha : He's gone to Fury.

Tony : Who's your friend?

Natasha : Guys I'd like to introduce you to Yelena Belova. My sister.

Everyone's eyes went wide. Sister. Natasha had a sister and no one knew. They were intrigued.

Tony : You have a sister and we are knowing now?

Natasha : That's a story for later. Yelena this is everyone...almost everyone.

Tony : Hi Natasha's sister whom we never knew of, I'm Tony Stark.

Yelena : Oh you are the rich asshole Natasha talked about.

Tony pouted.

Sam (laughing) : That's exactly the word to use for him. I'm Sam by the way.

Wanda : I'm Wanda. Nice to meet you.

Yelena : Nice to see you too.

Steve : Hi I'm Steve Rogers. You are Yelena? Like from Ohio?

Yelena : You know. Good to see. Wait you are Steve Rogers like America?

Steve : Ya

Natasha facepalmed. She knew what was coming.

Yelena : You are my sister's fiancé. My dad would love to meet you.

Bucky : Sure. That'll be great.

Bucky chuckled.

Natasha : We can talk about that later. Why I brought her here is she's is just as excellent as a Widow as me. She was the best in her group. Highly skilled so I want her to join our 'New Avengers' initiative. Tony?

Tony : If I say no, I might get killed so If you are the guarantee then I've no issues.

Natasha : Believe me, she's amazing and it's not just because she's my sister.

Steve stood up shook Yelena's hand.

Steve : Welcome to the team Yelena. We are glad to have you.

Yelena : Oo Thank you.

As Steve turned to sit down, Yelena very softly whistled and whispered in Natasha's ear.

Yelena : Oo that is America's ass. You've got a good one Natasha.

Natasha : Ohk let's go.

All the Avengers just stared as Natasha dragged her sister away.
