☾-----------------------------------☽

I closed my locker letting out a hefty sigh; I turned on my heel to head to my next class, books in hand. 'Come on Trav, just lunch & 2 more classes....' I thought. I walked down the hallways, catching wind of some conversations by other students passing by me. I turned into Mrs.Packersons room and sat down at my desk. There were only a few kids in there, talking amongst each other. I didn't pay much attention to them and placed my stuff on the desk.

I took out my notebook and started to write down the question on the board. I put my cheek on my hand while staring blankly at my paper, occasionally moving to brush my hair out of my eyes. I can't think today. It's probably because I'm stressed out about something, but I don't know what. Everything's alright at church, I did my prayers, school is going fine, I don't have friends to get drama from, and dad has been as good to me as he usually is.

My thoughts were interrupted by 2 more kids walking into the room. One of them was some girl I didn't know, and the other kid was no one other than Sally Fisher. Good grief, he probably only existed to get on my nerves. I hate the way he dresses, his voice and the way he talks, his stupid childish pigtails, that ugly mask he wears, and most of all; his pretty, light, sparkling blue eyes.

He sat a row behind me and a seat over. At least he didn't sit directly next to me so I would have to look at his dumb '"face". He parted away from the girl he was talking with and brushed past me. "Good Afternoon Travis." He said in his usual cool tone. I scoffed and rolled my eyes, earning a small shrug from him before sitting down at his desk. I clutched my pencil in my hand. Why does he always try to be friendly when he KNOWS I hate him.

He's always passive towards me, no matter how much I push him around, he never seems affected by any of it. He was one of the smartest kids in our class, also one of the most well behaved. Always quiet in the back of the classroom with his head down reading or doing his work like a good kid. It always annoys me how good he acts, how well he takes insults from myself or other kids, as well as other things. I swear up and down I hate him but there's always been an underlying feeling of admiration.

My thoughts were again disrupted by Mrs.Packerson closing the door to the classroom. "Alright class, I hope you all went over your notes over the weekend because this week we're reviewing Pythagorean theorem and distance formula." There was a collective groan from the class. I turned my pencil a few times. 'This is gonna be a while...'

☾--[Mini Time Skip]--☽

The lunch bell rang and everyone quickly rushed out of the classroom. I sighed and got up from my seat and followed the wave of kids. I rounded the corner and ran into someone. "Ow! Watch where you're going." I looked down, seeing no other than Johnson. He looked up at me, his apologetic look quickly shifting into a glare. "Sorry not sorry, fatass." He spat. "Larry." I heard Sally call from behind me. I turned around to look at the shorter male.

"What? Look at him, if he gains any more weight he'll have to ride one of those mall scooters around the halls." Larry snickered. Sal smacked his elbow lightly, glaring at the taller male. "That's not nice Larry! Sorry Travis." I rolled my eyes. "Sorry my ass, you aren't ever sorry for anything you pull, are you Fisher?"

The smaller boy stared defiantly , "What are you talking about?" He said, looking at me. "Oh you know exactly what I'm talking about Fisher! You and your gross homos are always up my ass!" I said coldly. "Bull-fucking-shit! You always start things! Just like right now! I was just trying to get by and here you go being an obnoxious asshole, again!" Sally glared at his friend. "Oh don't give me that look Lil' Dude, you know what I'm saying is true!"

"Like a couple of faggots like you two affect me, you two are just annoying obstacles that get in everyone's way." I said, getting closer to Larry. "Oh don't act like you're so much better Travis!" I heard another voice call, looking over to see Campbell walking over to us. "If anything, you're more of a nuisance to everyone around you than we are!" She said, getting in my face.

"Yeah! You act like everyone is an object that YOU have to put up with. Are you that self-centered and selfish to treat everyone like they're an object, or did your daddy raise you like that?" Larry spat. Anger burned in my stomach, "First of all, get out of my face, slut." I said to Ashley, her eyes narrowed in anger.
