Chapter 2

Friends

Allie POV

~ At Cafeteria ~
Finally, it's break time. My class isn't that bad at all. Well, nothing really happened but I really thought that Jacob is going to embarrass me in front of the class or something. But none of those happens and when the bell rang, he and his friends just leave the class. I just wait a little bit to give us some distance before I walk to the cafeteria.

"What took you so long? You know it's hamburger day right?" Ask Charlie.
"Oh yeah, I forgot" I answered.
"Fast fast go get your food," said Linda

Charlie and Linda are my friends. They both got dark brown eyes and brown hair. Charlie is a savage girl, she has a pixie haircut and always use black and white clothes. Leather jacket, tank top, sneakers, or boots kind of girl. Linda is a feminine girl, with long shiny wavy hair, and usually uses a bow to tie her hair. She always wears skirts or dresses and is a more classy type, like satin dresses or corsets with heels, flats, or loafers. We met during history class when we working on a group project about WW2. They fought a lot back then because they both think they knew man the best. Both of them dated a lot of men and always compete about it. But one day they dated the same man and after they found out, they worked together to trap him and they are inseparable ever since. Well, they still fight but not as fiercely as before.

I take my lunch but of course, all the big good patty are gone. I don't really have an appetite right now, so I don't mind. I sat with Charlie and Linda, they are waiting for me since they finished their food already.

"See Allie, that is why you should never forget about hamburger day or any meat day!" said Charlie.
"Well yeah, I'm sorry. I just had to think about something earlier." I answered
"You don't have to be sorry Allie. But what are you thinking about?" said Linda
"Don't tell me you distancing yourself from someone before going to the cafeteria again? Tell me who that person is, and I'll finish them" said Charlie
"Noo it's not like that. I just need to finish my note first" I lied hoping they would believe it
"Oh, good then" Charlie answered

The bell rang at the same time I finished my food. My next class is biology class with Charlie and Linda. During our walk to the classroom, I kept my head low because I'm scared someone is going to call me Shortie. Actually, I'm more scared of Charlie and Linda fighting with them, I'm really grateful to have them but I don't want them to get into trouble for me.

Thankfully nothing happened and we were going through a normal class until it was time for my last class which is Architecture. In the previous year, I choose something like digital art or 3D but I decided to try something new since I'm in my last year. What's worse is the fact there's Jacob there, but on the bright side Cole is also there.
