"Lost my muchness have I?" Helaena mused. "Only one way across." She repeated.

She stepped in one of the stone heads mouths shaking her foot free. Reaching the other side, she vomited her hands on her knees.

"That was so gross." Helaena declared wiping at her lips. She looked up at the impossibly high wall, then saw a small cracked opening near the ground...just wide enough for a six inch woman and her traveling companions to fit through.

She called across to Bayard.

"Bayard! The Hat!" Helaena shouted. He picked the Hat up in his teeth, turned in circles like a discus thrower and released it. The Hat sailed high across the moat and over the wall. "Thank you!" Helaena called back. "I hope to see you again!"

"Best of luck Helaena!"

"A garden... Goodness the grass is taller than me." Helaena mused as she got closer. She saw a bug larger than her fly past. "Wow," distracted she followed the bug before remembering her purpose. Hatter.

"Come on, we have to find the hatter." Helaena reminded herself tapping her head. "Dont get distracted. Stay focused!" She demanded herself.

Helaena peered out from the bushes at the edge of a garden. She heard a loud WHACK, a small cry of pain, then cheers and laughter.

That didnt sound good, Helaena thought. She looked through the bushes and saw the red queen. Her very large head and very tiny crown giving her away.

"That's the red queen," Helaena informed the ant walking past her. She was in the right place. Hatter would be here.

The Queen and her Courtiers played croquet in the garden, Helaena narrowed her eyes staring at the ball the queen was using. Before looking at the people around the queen. She was focused on the strange sizes of the people. The Red Queen with her huge head was surrounded by three powdered and painted courtiers with equally out-sized body parts: a woman with an extra large nose, another with long drooping ears, a man with a huge protruding stomach. The Queen swung her mallet. There's that small cry again.

"Her ball is an animal." Helaena declared completely appalled. The ball rolled toward her and lay out, furry and gasping, in the grass.

"It's a hedgehog!" Helaena declared, she looked at its little paws tied by its four legs into an awkward ball. Its fur is matted and filthy, its face buried in the grass.

THWACK! It cried out as it's hit again. The mallet was a miserable flamingo tied by its feet. Helaena ducked as hedgehog came flying towards her. The hedgehog rolled to a stop near Helaena. She attempted to untie it. It cries out fearfully though. Helaena raised her hand trying to show she was no threat to the hedgehog, she loved little creatures but he shook his head as she tried to soothe it.

"Shhh. I want to help you." Helaena assured reaching for the ties but he shook his little head.

"Where's my ball? Page!" The queen demanded.

"Let me help." Helaena begged. Helaena freed the hedgehog. It stared at her mutely before stumbling into the foliage.

Helaena sighed before hearing little feet scurrying towards her. She saw two large white furry feet. Her gaze traveled up to the White Rabbit, dressed as a court page.

"Rabbit! I was worried. Is the hatter here? Are you alright?" Helaena questioned quietly. He looked down at tiny Helaena.

"Well! If it isn't the wrong Helaena. What brings you here?" The white rabbit teased.

"I'm going to rescue the Hatter." Helaena declared but the white rabbit shook his head. "Yes I am." Helaena countered rooting her hands on her hips.

"You're not rescuing anyone being the size of a gerbil." Rabbit countered and Helaenas lips twisted before she nodded in agreement.

"Do you have any of that cake that made me grow before?" Helaena pondered.

"Upelkuchen?" rabbit offered and Helaena half agreed not knowing the name for it. ''Actually, I might have some left." He patted down his pockets and took out a large piece of the cake. He handed it over and she took a bite.

Helaena took a bite then another.

''Not all of it!'' Rabbit declared as she started to get very large. "Too late." Rabbit murmured as Helaena grew and grew. Buttons flying off her torn garments, seams strained and gave way. ''Oh no, stop! Don't do that!'' Rabbit muttered taking a step back.

He stared up at her as her tiny dress ripped and she stood a giant naked in front of them the shrubs blocking her body from the red queen.

Helaena looked down at the Red Queen and her courtiers. The tall bushes hide all but her head and shoulders. Everyone stared back at her, suddenly very, very tall.

"And WHAT is this?" The red queen demanded, eyes wide as she stared at Helaena. Helaena glanced down awkwardly. The White Rabbit ran out of the bushes, improvising like a mad man.

"It's a "who", Majesty. This is...um," Rabbit began as his lips contemplated.

"Um?" The red queen countered incredulously.

"From Umbridge." Helaena offered.

"What happened to your garments?" The red queen questioned and Helaena cleared her throat.

"I outgrew them." Helaena remarked innocently. "I tower over everyone in Umbridge. They laugh at me." Helaena remarked. "So I've come to you, hoping you might understand what it's like."

"My dear girl." The red queen declared. "Anyone with a head that large is welcome in my court." she assured and Helaena could breathe again. The courtiers with their equally out-size body parts laughed out joyously.

" SOMEONE FIND HER SOME CLOTHES! USE THE DRAPERIES IF YOU MUST BUT CLOTHE THIS ENORMOUS GIRL!" The red queen shouted back at her people before looking to Helaena. "You'll be my new favorite." The Courtiers exchange competitive glances, before glaring up at Helaena.
