As I'm sitting at my desk, I get a text from Principal Sneedly.
Hello Mr. [L/N], I was wondering if you would like to meet at a cafe at 5 to discuss important school matter. That is if you are interested. Please message me back as soon as you can.
School matter? Well he could be talking about two different things. One, actual school stuff and what is best for the students. Two, he could be talking about another one of his schemes and his weird science stuff. God, talking to him is like playing Russian Roulette with topics. Maybe it's just a ginger thing.
I grab my phone and start typing.
I would love to! Are you talking about the cafe 15 minutes from here?
I get a response from him almost immediately as if he had been staring at the phone for awhile. (Because he had been)
Yes. I am talking about that one. And I will see you there.
Alright! See you then!
The final bell has rung and I leave with the class and go home to get ready.

I'm waiting outside of the cafe as I see a car pull up next to me. I see Melvinborg step out of the car and he looks like his formal usual self, he seems like he doesn't want to be here.
"Ah! [F/N]! There you are. I'm sorry I made you wait a little." He says to me with a smile on his face. Never mind I lied he totally wants to be here.
"Oh it's alright!" I say.
We both walk into the cafe and sit down at a small little table. The lighting is somewhat dim so it doesn't hurt your eyes. Surprisingly there's a calm feeling in the air. The waiter comes up to us and asks what we would like. Melvinborg orders himself a black coffee because of course he would he's a ginger, and he orders himself a blueberry muffin. I get a [Fav drink] and [Fav snack].
Melvinborg and I start talking and we are having a great time actually. He could be a pretty funny guy when he's not destroying a school.
"So what school stuff were you wanting to discuss with me?" I ask while still grinning.
"Oh, about that," he pauses as his face turns a light pink color. "I uh, lied."
"You what-"
"I lied. I didn't take you here to talk to you about school stuff. I- wanted to discuss something else with you." He says to me with a slight nervous look on his face.
Now I'm a bit nervous.
"Oh. Alright then!" I mumble nervously.
"I- Okay. I really like you, [F/N]. And I've been wanting to tell you for awhile I just didn't know how. And I was wondering if you maybe..wanted to be my partner?" He asks me while he's full on blushing at this point. I sit there shocked about this question.
". .Oh my gosh." I mumble to myself as I can feel my cheeks hit up.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked this this was a stupid idea-" He says quickly before I cut him off.
"No no no no! It wasn't! I love ya you doof! I would love to be your partner!" I say quickly, I'm slightly out of breathe because of my binder though. God only a few more paychecks and I can get my top surgery.
"Are- are you serious?" He asks me.
"Yes of course!" I almost yell at him.
"Oh thank god-" He chuckles, he looks so relieved. Poor bud was so nervous!
The waiter brings out our orders and we just enjoy the rest of the time laughing and enjoying each others company. It was nice.
We leave after we finished and I thanked Melvinborg for the nice small meal.
"Wait hold on look at me for a second-" He tells me. I look at him confused.
"You have something on your face.." He leans in and kisses me. I'm shocked and I immediately go red in the face. He then does his smug little grin and gets into his car and drives away. I stand there confused. Did he actually just do that?! I can't believe it! I quickly grab my phone, still smiling.
