(A/N: Guys I'm a bum I'm sorry. This will also be a short chapter because I can't think right now. Anyway enjoy!)

I hop up on the kitchen counter while waiting for Soul to clean my wounds. I look at Soul smiling while walking into the kitchen with a first-aid kit in hand. He set it down next to me, taking out a couple bandages with some disinfectant.

"This is going to sting a bit." Soul said while pouring disinfectant onto a cotton ball. He's looking at my face and is moving the hair out of my face. I stare into his crimson eyes as he slowly lifts the cotton ball to the scraps.

I felt the cold, stinging contact and winced, he continued to clean my wounds. He removes the cotton ball and opens a bandage. He applies the bandage and smooths it out.

"There that's better." he said awkwardly.

"Thanks Soul." I said still staring into his eyes as if I was lost in my own world. I notice that Soul is staring back. Then his eyes move from my eyes to my lips. He licks his lips and I blush as I bite my bottom lip. His head moves closer to mine and he closes his eyes.

"A-a kiss?!? I thought to myself panicking "It's going to be fine." I close my eyes and tilt my head. I can feel his hot breath on my lips as he inches closer. I lift my arms, attempting to wrap them around his neck.

"Hey guys I'm ba..." Blair said awkwardly walking into the kitchen. Soul and I both jump.

"Oh. I didn't mean to intterupt anything." she laughs as she walks out of the room. We sat in the kitchen looking at each other and then looking at the direction Blair went. I blush and hop off the kitchen counter.

"I got to go." I tried to rush out of the kitchen but Soul grabbed my arm.

"Why are you so red Maka? This wasn't going to be your first kiss was it?" Soul jokingly laughed. I looked down embarrassed because he was right. It was going to be my first kiss. He could read my expression and says,

"Really? Maka I didn't know it was your first kiss my bad but kissing a cool guy like me wouldn't be bad." He winks at me.

"I have something to admit..." I told him as I rub the back of my neck. Soul looks at me with a serious expression.

"Soul. I'm sure it's obvious." I paused.

"What do you mean?" he asked puzzled.

"That you know." I told him. I begged to myself that he'd know what I was talking about.

"Maka I'm not a genius. I don't know." he said still confused.

"Oh my he's so dense." I whisper to myself. I took a deep breath.

"Soul I've always liked you for awhile." I admitted to him.

"I've always wanted to tell you. I have a question. Do you like me too? I was going to to tell you ear-." He cut me off with a kiss. My eyes widen and then slowly close. I wrap my arms around his neck as he wraps his around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

I kiss back and deepen the kiss. The feel of his soft lips make me weak. I pull away, breaking the kiss. My arms are still around him.

"Of course I like you idiot." he said smiling. He moves his hands up to my face, planting another kiss on my lips.

"Soul. I should make dinner." I said breaking the kiss again. I loosen his grip.

"Okay, I guess I'll go talk to Blair or something." Soul walks out the kitchen and I can hear Blair asking thousands of questions. I chuckle and open the fridge to grab some ingredients. I chopped the vegetables and sliced the fish. I turn on a burner and place the fish on the skillet.

I suddenly felt a pair of arms reach around me. I could tell it was Soul. He rested his head on my shoulder.

"We're making this offical. You're going to be my girlfriend when you're ready. After dinner I have a surprise for you." He nibbled my ear lobe and kissed my neck. I wanted to drop to my knees at this new sensation. He let go of me and walked away.

During dinner Blair kept making awkward eye contact with a sly smile.

"I knew I was interupting something. At least make out somewhere other than the kitchen." she winked. I spit out my food and said,

"It wasn't like that!" Soul was laughing his ass off.

"Soul! Explain to her you were just cleaning my wounds!"

"What? Did you get bitten by a poisonous animal on your lip and Soul had to suck the venom out?" she jokingly asked. Blair found herself so funny she was breathless from laughing so hard.

"Soul! Explain to her!" He was laughing with Blair.

"Nah, Maka got in a fight at school so her cheeks and lips were pretty beaten up. So I cleaned her up." He said seriously.

"Thank you Soul." I said justifing his statement.

"Then she begged for a kiss to feel better." he said cracking up again.

"WHAT?! MAKAAAA CHOP!" I slammed Soul's head into the table.

"AH! MAKA! Where'd you'd get the damn book?" he said while holding the top of his head.

"My secret." I told him, holding up the book with a evil grin.

After dinner Soul and I washed the dishes together, nothing special.

"Maka meet me in my room." he yanked on my arm.

"Oh okay." I responded and dried off my hands.

We walk into his room and he sits on his bed.

"Come here." he pats the spot next to him.

"Let's sleep together like the other night." I laid next to him, snuggled against him. I stuck my head on his chest. He had a nice smell. He took his arms and placed them around me, pulling me closer to him. He's so warm and so comfortable.

"Soul?"

"Yes?"

"I have actually loved you for awhile." He kissed my forehead with a soft and gentle kiss. I look up at him and he tells me,

"Maka, I know. You weren't fooling anyone." he laughed.

"Maka?"

"Yeah?"

"Do me a favor."

"Okay."

"Be mine."

"I'll be your girlfriend don't worry. It's official"

"And Maka. Never let me go."

I smiled and told him,

"We should sleep we have school tomorrow."

"Okay. Good night Maka." Soul rested his head on top of mine while I buried my face in his chest. Not long later we both were in a deep sleep, in each others arms. A perfect end to a perfect day.
