Let's go another cliche story I want to try out!
Just the typical izuku yagi story my way but with some twists of my own.

Izuku: Hmmm....everyone's been giving a tour here......shall I get to my counterpart soon?
Ddraig: Yup. He's currently in an.....alleyway 5 miles from here.
Izuku: That doesn't sound good.....
Ddraig: Yeah something's wrong with his body temperature. I don't have a good feeling about this....
Izuku: Alright....I'M COMING IN-
*WOOSH*
He opens a portal directly to Izuku 2.......only to find to his horror something worse than what he expected.

Izuku: I-Izuku?
Izuku was horrified at the condition Izuku 2 was in. Both his hands were pinned against the wall, ice trapped his wrists while spikes pierced his hands. His arms were caked in 2nd and 3rd degree burns, his face scarred with cuts and burns. His torso was exposed, an organ unfortunately showing while it was littered with burns, frostbite, acid wounds, stabs, and signs of extreme physical trauma just like the rest of his body. He just stood there, unblinking, hurt, scarred and much more as Izuku walks forward.
Izuku: No no no no...IZUKU!
Ddraig: Shit.
He makes several hand signs and the ice around his counterpart's body melts. His body collapses onto the ground, with Izuku running up to him, frantically putting a finger to his neck.
Ddraig: He's still breathing....but his skin is cold. He has lost too much blood and is dying....
Izuku: *serious* If he's alive I can still save him!
Applying some healing chakra to Izuku 2's body, he opens a portal, carefully carrying him through as to not aggravate his wounds.
Later
*THUD*
Eri: *happy* Big Brot- *scared* I-Izuku?
Izuku: EVERYONE OFF THE COUCH!
Everyone quickly got off the couch in the living room as he sets Izuku 2 onto it. While infusing some of his blood into him with the help of Ddraig, he takes out a knife before cutting the burnt cloth and dead skin and removes the debris and dirt from his body.
Izuku: Shit....a lot of blood loss, multiple broken bones, 3rd degree burns, frostbite, acid, more. Multiple cases of infection....SHIT!
