Amelia's pov:

"What? A new old pov?!" -Author?

As i had just finished my biology lesson, i was walking with Lucia to this new cafe that had just opened so she invited me during lunch for me to go with her.

We were walking past a park when Lucia suddenly stopped walking and called my name.

"Uhm Amelia?" Said the latina quite hesitant.

"Ye lucia? What's up?" I replied now standing fully infront of her as she was talking to me.

"Uhm so like.." She started. "So after what happened between us at the sleepover I've been thinking." She continued as blush appeared on our faces.

Is she feeling regretful? I mean obviously she has a girlfriend and she kissed her girlfriends cousin. That's just wrong she probably hates me right now. What if she doesn't want to be fri-.

"Would you like to be my girlfriend?"

My brain just froze trying to process what the bloody hell just happened.

"Wait... seriously?" I said with a hint of fear in my voice. What if she was just joking? I mean she would never like me.

"Seriously."

I just looked at her and started laughing. She looked at me with a confused expression before speaking.

"What's so funny?"

"No no no... its just you saying you like me? I find that hard to believe." I spoke as i soon stopped laughing and sat down on the bench.

"What's there not to believe?" She asked sitting beside me on the bench.

"Its just. There are so many people out there who are way better than me.. i.. i have so many flaws... i don't get why you like me.." i said bring my knees up to my chest and hugging them.

"Ams.. when we first met i thought to myself... wow.. shes so pretty.. i felt things with you that i never felt with Amber.. being around you just made me feel.. more free than i am with Amber." By this time she had grabbed my hands and put them in her arms as she looked at me with her choclate brown eyes.

"Amelia... your my safe haven.. when im around you i feel like i can do anything in the world. I love you the way you are. Nothing about you can change that." She pulled me in and kissed my forehead.

"Thank you Lucia... i love you the way you are too.." i said resting my head on her shoulder.

"Sooo... i that a yes to my confession??" She spoke with that dorky expression of hers.

"You dork.. yes i'll be your girlfriend." I said playfully rolling my eyes

"Yes yes yes yes!" Lucia said quickly standing up dragging me up with her and spun me around.

"Lucia!! Stawwpp! We're in public!!" I said giggling.

"Oh shit. That's true. Sorry." She said still laughing and dropped me.

"Now how about we start this date by headed to that cafe?" I said as we resumed our walking.

"Ye"

"Wait what about Amber?" I asked as we made our way into the cafe.

"Forget about her. She isn't important right now. I'll deal with her later." She said kissing my forehead. And i just let out a satisfied hum.

Lucia's pov:

"Ugh her again." -Author?

As we finished our date and headed to the library to hangout in Amelia's secret hideout, my phone started to ring. I checked it and my heart sank.
