Will Ospreay Part 1

Taking a deep breath, I rolled out of bed and headed into the living room sending a small wave to Kyle and Mark before I continued on into the kitchen to see Will at his laptop with his headphones in. "Morning Gorgeous" he smirked removing one headphone so he could hear my response "Shut up" I sighed rolling my eyes at the blonde but unable to stop the small smile that pulled at my lips "Oh come on Princess, that's the best I get?" he teased pushing to his feet and coming to my side pulling me into a hug "I'm so tired Will" I whispered wrapping my arms around his waist in return letting my body slump against him "I know babe. But today is the day and then you'll be able to relax for a bit" he assured a comfortable silence enveloping the room until the door to the apartment opened and slammed closed "Hey Bea, you're early" Kyle's voice sounded the name immediately making me push away from the man in front of me and glare up at him "Seriously?" I questioned lowly not believing this "The biggest night of my career so far and she's here?" I clarified shaking my head in disbelief at the blonde who was now frowning "I know. I wanted to tell you but I didn't want to stress you out even more" he whispered lowly the voice of the woman and his teammates moving nearer "I can't believe you right now" I laughed bitterly making sure there was plenty of space between us as I started to prepare a cup of coffee and he returned to his seat quickly placing his headphones back in just as the three other people entered the kitchen. I tuned out the reunion of the two rolling my eyes at the over exaggerated squeals from Bea that followed before I popped the lid on my cup and headed to start gathering all of my things for later in the night. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't filled with joy when Will first told me they had broken up. Partially because at some point I had developed a huge crush on my best friend and partially because the woman drove me crazy with her squealing and the over exaggerated kissing noises. Not to mention the snarky remarks and bitchy comments whenever she thought I wasn't listening. I didn't have time to dwell on it though, needing to focus on my match later tonight.

I was getting ready for my match when Will appeared for the first time since this morning. "Fuck off bruv" I snorted wanting him to just walk right back out the door so I could focus before my match started. "Don't. Don't do that Indigo." he whispered the tone of his voice making my eyes find him in the mirror feeling bad that I was the reason he sounded so upset "Don't shut me out like that" he mumbled head tilted down at the floor "Don't shut you out Will?" I questioned putting down my makeup brush and turning to face him "The biggest night of my career, the one thing that will FINALLY make people see that I belong here and I'm not just Empire arm candy, and you brought her. The one night that I NEED you with me, and you won't be there." I snorted out a cold laugh "I will be here" he exclaimed making me shake my head sadly "I've NEVER asked you to come out to the ring with me before and the one time I do she's here which means you won't leave her side" I whispered explaining what I meant to him "I need to go." I added quickly taking one last look in the mirror before I left to head to the curtain. The longer I stood there watching the match before mine the more nervous I started to get. My stomach was swimming with nerves, my hands sweating and breathing starting to increase as I paced back and forth. "Relax Indigo, you belong here. You deserve this." an unfamiliar voice sounded, turning to see Kenny Omega leaving his spot at the table to walk over to me. "You can beat her; you've already proven that you can. Now it's just for the title." he continued calmly "It's just like any other match alright. You go out there, you do your best and you will come out on top like you always have." he murmured his words calming me slightly as my music started playing, taking one last look back to see that I really was going out alone. The match was hard hitting which I knew it would be going in, she wasn't one to pull her punches and especially not when her title was on the line. What I wasn't expecting was all the cheap shots and dirty tricks she was pulling to try and keep it. The move that solidified the end being the shot to my head with the title while the refs back was turned. 

Slowly rolling onto my knees I fell back onto my butt with a heavy sigh, dropping my head in defeat Athena's music sounding through the arena, nearly drowned out by the boos of the fans at how the match had ended. "That's right, hang your head pathetic little girl" Athena laughed her words making me angry and before I really thought through what I was doing I tackled her to the mat, and we began trading punches and kicks back and forth until I was suddenly pulled away from her the arms around my waist unfamiliar but the answer becoming clear as I was blocked from her view by Matt and Nick Jackson. "I hear you." Tony's voice sounded causing me to look up to see him standing at the top of the ramp "I didn't like how that ended either. So, in two days, at Supercard of Honor, Indigo will face Athena again for the Ring of Honor Women's Championship." he announced the cheers from the crowd almost blowing me away "But this time there will be no cheating, no short cuts, because this will be a First Blood Women Without Honor match!" he shouted a graphic quickly being placed on the screen to make it official. Now that the announcement had been made, I was gently led up the ramp by Omega and the Bucks, my eyes falling on Bea, Will and TJ as soon as I stepped through to the back. "You got a second chance. And this time it's a game both of you can play." Kenny stated seriously, staring down at me with hands on my shoulders "I've seen your CZW matches, you are more prepared for this then she is." he assured me thumbs gently rubbing my shoulders, I wasn't sure what was happening, but I honestly didn't care as I could see Will getting more agitated the longer I stayed near his worst enemy. "Thanks Kenny. you're right. First blood isn't new to me" I nodded simply as I pulled myself from Kenny's grip and walked past my two teammates. "Indigo! Come on Indigo!" Will's voice shouted, footsteps quickening until I was spun around and pulled into his arms. "Get off of me." I snarled trying to push away from the man but getting nowhere as he was so much stronger than me and I was tired. "Get off of me" I repeated my efforts growing less and less forceful as he maintained his hold. "I'm so sorry baby" he whispered grip tight as I finally collapsed in his arms, my own wrapping around his hips as the emotions finally caught up with me. "I won't let you down again." he whispered grip tight around me.

"I couldn't do it" I whispered voice cracking as I pulled back to look at Will, a tear streaking down my cheek, more following after it. "Baby don't do that" he whispered quickly moving to wipe the tears away "You might not have won tonight but baby don't ever doubt that you can do it." he growled lowly wiping gently at my face "You can do it. And on Friday you will do it. No matter how much I don't like Omega. He's finally right about something." he murmured his blue eyes sparkling down at me "You belong here, you deserve that title and First Blood is your match." he repeated my tears slowly coming to a stop. "Oh god, I really messed up your shirt" I whined seeing the black from my face paint smeared across the dress shirt "It's just a shirt" he laughed sliding his own hand across his chest smearing more of the black paint across the fabric. "Friday night I am right beside you the entire time okay" Will whispered "I'm going to be so close to you all the time you're going to get sick of me" he continued "Eat, sleep, train, wrestle, I'm going to be there" he sighed, his head suddenly ducking down until our lips were pressing together, my heart freezing before it was thundering in my chest. "I was so stupid not realizing you were right beside me the whole time. Everything I wanted was at my side from day one" he whispered against my lips before he was taking control of the kiss again.
