"Oh, come on. Seriously?" I sighed, raking a hand through my hair as an email from Tony Kahn came across my phone, something I didn't want to deal with. "What's wrong, baby?" Jon asked, mounting the weight to get up from the bench to my side. "Regal, you're going to want to see this first," I announced, pushing up to my feet and bringing the man the device, showing him what it said as the others looked on in confusion, waiting to find out what was happening. "Oh dear," he murmured, his reaction not making me feel better. "Well, better tell them now; no point waiting." he nodded slowly, both of us turning to face the rest of the team, all paused in various workouts, waiting for me to speak. "Tony vacated the AEW Championship and the Trios Championships, effective immediately," I announced to the room, putting a hand on my stomach as it cramped slightly, a wave of nausea rolling through me. "Ugh," I mumbled, waiting for the feeling to pass before I continued, just in case I had to make a break for the bathroom. "Sorry, anyway, Jon Moxley and Chris Jericho are receiving a first-week buy," I read through the email again, hoping I had read it wrong the first time. "Daniel Bryan will face Hangman Page on Dynamite with the winner facing Chris Jericho, and Sammy Guevara will face Darby Allin on Rampage with the winner facing Jon Moxley." I finished looking between Daniel and Jon, apprehensive of the reactions we might get. "Well, baby doll, there goes vacation," Jon sighed, holding out a hand for me to take. "There will be other times," I shrugged, sitting on his knees and smiling softly as his hands immediately went to rest on my stomach. Something he had made a habit of subconsciously doing anytime I was close enough. I caught Bryan's eyes and noticed him looking from me to Jon's hands on my stomach and back. Sighing softly in resignation, I twisted and put my lips right next to Jon's ear. "I think Bryan suspects something," I whispered, pulling back to see his face as he looked at Bryan, who was staring at us with a questioning look.

"Alright, fine. I can see the looks you're giving us," Jon sighed, waving his hand at Bryan, who smiled sheepishly. "Sorry, man. We can talk about it later if you want," he offered up, giving us an out. "No, everyone is going to find out eventually, and with this tournament starting, we might not have another chance." Jon sighed, pushing me up to my feet so he could stand. "Tara is four months pregnant," he spit out, the room silent as everyone digested the information. "Serious?" Wheeler asked, eyes wide darting to my stomach as I lifted my shirt to reveal the swell growing with each week. It was no longer just a slight swell that looked like I might have eaten a few meals in a row; it was definitely evident that I was pregnant. "Congratulations," Regal smiled, offering Jon a handshake while Wheeler bounced excitedly in his seat. "I'm gonna be an uncle!" Wheeler suddenly shouted, making me laugh loudly as he lunged at us in a hug. "Congratulations, man. Brie will be thrilled; she's been waiting for someone to have a baby to share all of the kid's old clothes." Bryan grinned, replacing Wheeler and giving us both a tight hug. "Congratulations," Claudio offered, giving Jon and me both hugs. "With that being said, Wheeler. Let's take a walk, buddy," Jon sighed, gesturing for the youngest member to follow him out of the gym. "Oh god, poor kid," I sighed, shaking my head as I watched the two walk out. "Are you guys going to find out what you're having?" Bryan asked, sitting beside me as Claudio returned to his workout and Regal left for his meeting. "I want to, but Jon said no," I pouted; I hated surprises, especially ones I KNEW I had to wait for. "I suppose you guys will start looking at houses now?" he guessed. "Yeah, there's a couple we've scheduled to look at this weekend. It wasn't hard to commit. Obviously, we had been talking about it for a long time anyway." I nodded, the whole house versus apartment conversation having started over a year ago when Jon asked about getting a puppy. "What did you say to him?" I asked Jon as he and Wheeler walked back in, the kid looking more pale than usual. "Nothing, we just talked." the man lied. "We should head for the locker room; I think I'm one of the first up tonight," he added, offering me a hand to my feet.

"Alright, what did Jon talk to you about earlier?" I asked, turning to Wheeler as soon as my boyfriend had left the room. "Just that it is my job to watch you and take care of you when he's not around." he shrugged, also not telling the whole truth. "You know I'll find out one way or another, sooner or later," I sighed, crossing my arms over my chest and staring him down. "Alright, fine, you never get left alone. I'm always with you when he isn't. He said even if that means staying the night so I don't have to get up at 4 AM when he's got media days to stay in the room while he's gone." he finally relented, "And to make sure you don't leave the lockerroom without him." he added making me sigh "You don't have to do that Wheeler" I assured having the feeling that Jon was going to go overboard with this whole thing. "No offense, Tara, but he scares me more than you do," he mumbled, making me roll my eyes but turn my attention to the TV screen as Jon's music started. "Wheeler," I groaned, the man getting up from the couch as soon as I did. "Hey, I'm just under orders from Mox," he shrugged, raising his hands in surrender. "I'm just going pee. In the bathroom, that is right there," I sighed, pointing to the door. "I'm not even leaving the locker room," I added, giving him a look until he sank back onto the couch. "Fine," he mumbled. "But you better not tell Jon I let you out of my sight," he added quickly, making me laugh, "I swear it's between you and me," I promised, stepping into the bathroom and doing my business, walking back out to see it was still just Wheeler. "See, no one will ever know that for 60 seconds you couldn't see me," I teased, sitting back down on the couch. "It was actually 1 minute and 43 seconds," he shrugged, making me laugh. "You timed me?" I asked, finding it funny how serious he was taking his new job. "If you went over three minutes, I was coming in there to check on you." he nodded, making me laugh again. "Oh honey, this is going to be a long five months for us then," I laughed, knowing he would follow Jon's orders to a T until he was told otherwise.
