Prince Seokjin,
I am writing this because I trust you with the information I am about to share. I believe that you will do the right out of this.

As you are already aware, Jisoo and I hold a special relationship between the two of us. It started with a mere infatuation that grew into something more intense, more dangerous. Somehow, the Queen discovered about it and threatened to banish me out of the kingdom unless Jisoo agrees to marry Prince Taehyung. Jisoo agrees and tries her best to move on but I sent her letters every night. I kept luring her towards me because there were two things I desired from her. One is her love and second is her riches. Yes, I was greedy.

And that greed drove me crazy. I wanted to live the life of royalty and Jisoo was my key. Before I knew, my love had morphed into greed. I had known about the curse of Nahae even before Jisoo discovered it but I remained quiet and waited for the perfect opportunity to arrive.

I told Jisoo that if somehow we could make Nahae and Gyeongsong agree on making me Queen, then we could stay together. Jisoo formulated a plan where you were supposed to be assassinated, after which I would have revealed that I am the only fire user alive and only I could protect Gyeongsong from Nahae. Afterwards, when I get wedded to Taehyung, somehow, he would be assassinated as well as his brothers so that I could be Queen alone and marry Jisoo afterwards. That was the plan Jisoo had in mind and I agreed to it ofcourse.

Seokjin, I had tried to stab you multiple times, poison your food and even took the deadliest roads to the Sacred Valley to ensure your death. Those bandits were actually the soldiers of Gyeongsong sent by the Queen whose initial order was to bring you back to Nahae. However, Jisoo bribed them into agreeing to kill you 'accidently'.

Seokjin, throughout the journey, I have seen how you look at Taehyung and vice versa. I have seen how Taehyung was ready to die himself just to be with you. Maybe, I was dawned with the epiphany that what I was doing was wrong, what Jisoo was doing was wrong. I realised I must stop this and knowing Jisoo, I knew she wouldn't had retreated easily. So I chose to sacrifice myself.

I do not expect you to forgive me. I do not expect Jisoo to forgive me either for intending to get her riches. But my love for Jisoo blossomed again and so I request you to punish her with anything but death. Please, Seokjin, let her live and reflect on her mistakes. Let her grow into a better person, I beg you.

Lastly, please deliver the rest of the letters to their respective receivers. I will be grateful if you do. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Thank you for opening my eyes.

~Sana

"What happened to her body?! Did you leave it to rot in that cursed valley?! WHERE IS MY SANA?!" Jisoo screamed while trying to charge at Seokjin but she was held down by a royal guard.

"Down, Jisoo. Do you not care about your dignity? Your mother's dignity?!" The former Queen of Gyeongsong shrieked. She was kneeled next to Jisoo with a guard securing her hands behind her.

"Silence," the Queen of Nahae ordered and the two fell quiet. She nodded at Seokjin to continue.

"This is the letter written by Lady Sana, which I assume, before the night of the sacrifice. Like mentioned in her letters, there are other letters as well which will be delivered soon. As for the Lady's body, it caught on fire. After the sacrifice, the Stone suddenly burst in flames and engulfed her body. When the fire died, nothing was left, not even her ashes. I believe, the goddess Hecate has accepted the sacrifice," Seokjin explained before glancing at Taehyung who nodded at him from his position next to his brothers across the room.

After Seokjin, Taehyung and Jimin had arrived at Nahae, they were greeted by recovered inhabitants who rushed them to the royal palace. The royal family of Nahae were received to see their sons back and Seokjin's sisters, who were then free, half stifled Seokjin to death. His father was warm in his welcome as well. Seokjin wasted no time in exposing the evil intentions of his mother and twin. The three elder princesses of Gyeongsong were quick to claim being witnesses of their mother plotting with Jisoo. In fact, they were thrown in the prison along with their father and the rulers of Nahae by theur mother. Namjoon and Yoongi, who were not affected by the curse as they had dimeritium rings, and Hoseok and Jungkook revealed the bribery of the Queen with the unaware, curse induced mind of the General of Nahae. Seokjin also showed the letter of Sana to them.
