"We know what is going on."

Seokjin silently stared at Jimin after he rephrased Namjoon's words. Had his fear finally morphed into reality?

"I don't understand, hyung," Seokjin lied. He did understand. The princes had found out about his hidden relationship with their youngest brother or about his fire powers or possibly both.

There was no escape from this now so he might as well face it bravely. He would not let his Taehyung down. Seokjin sat up straight and looked directly into Jimin's eyes, as if he was challenging the older prince to bring the storm on.

"Seokjin, you are very precious to us. You are like our sweet, little brother despite having different bloodlines. Having you in our kingdom and spending such a long time with you have given us assurance that you can be trusted and that you understand us."

Jimin paused for a moment and gestured Namjoon hyung to pick it up from there.

"Seokjin, we do not like what is happening and please do not try to deny the truth. At first, we thought we could adapt to it and put not much thought into it. However, as days are passing by, it is getting quite serious and honestly, none of us want this."

Seokjin's gaze feel down, his mental shields collapsing one by one. Not only have they discovered the fact that Taehyung and he were lovers, they did not support their relationship. Seokjin shouldn't have had hopes of the princes being alright with him being Taehyung's partner. All his belief in the open mind of the brothers crumbled.

"Jin, look at me," Yoongi demanded.

Inhaling deeply, Seokjin's eyes aligned with Yoongi's ones and he realised how similar the older male was to Taehyung. They had the same dominant aura around them but also the same comforting look in their eyes.

Seokjin's nails dug into the fine cloth that covered his thighs, piercing the sensitive skin underneath as Yoongi spoke.

"There is nothing you have to be ashamed of my Little Prince," Yoongi's tender smile confused Seokjin but he also felt relieved that Yoongi was using the pet name he called Seokjin often. Maybe, he was overthinking?

"I understand that you feel like this because you are their brother and you hate to hear negative words regarding them but I also want you to understand that we are not interested in your sisters."

Seokjin's eyes widened like saucers. They were talking about his sisters?

At Seokjin's silence and flabbergasted expression, the three princes looked panicked. Yoongi quickly reached out for Seokjin's hands from across the table and the latter willingly held the other's hands.

"We don't want to offend you or any of the elder princesses but please, we cannot withstand the princesses' advances on us anymore. It is getting ridiculously annoying."

Wait.

Oh my God.

"My noonas?!" Seokjin exclaimed, relief washing over him with a force as strong as the rushing waters of a waterfall that he felt tears pickling his eyes. He blinked to get rid of them.

The brothers exchanged worried looks, assuming that they had made Seokjin upset. They were about to open their mouths when they got interluded by Seokjin's squeaky laughter.

Seokjin laughed his heart out, his worries evaporating. He honestly did not have the mental stability at that moment to think about the princes' strange looks because he felt so relieved.

His older sisters were trying to court them? Must be one of his mother's plots. Seokjin knew his sisters did not have much interest in the princes when it came to romantic feelings. And he also knew that his sisters were not the type to go and flirt with other men unless they were forced to.
