She looked at it and pointed out the incredible shine it had. Then, Kanata was sitting in the library at school when the Kawakami twins came over to her. They just sat and read their books. So Kanata decided to break the ice. As Kanata was going for her usual prayer at the shrine, she saw Miyoko and Shizuko there. They were admiring the idol statues. Kanata went to admire with them. And that's how they all became friends.
