Harry Potter lost, he lost against Voldemort, who is actually Tom Riddle under glamour. His friends betrayed him by Imperio-Ing Harry, forgetting he can easily break free. Harry runs, and runs, and runs until he runs into Death, quite literally. Death was standing there waiting for him and offered revenge and a new goal.
Hadrian Peverell, fiancé of Dorian Death, and father of Hayley and Cyrus. His life improved and he also found a lover. He waits three years and comes back, fully in control of his old and new powers.
Voldemort won, not that he wasn't glad, but it felt wrong, how he fought a 11yr old child and now he was 17, betrayed by his friends. Voldemort watched him break out immediately, but not before cursing them all and promising revenge. Now, people have come reporting of seeing Potter and he is different. Voldemort watches the boy enter, dark energy curling around him while he shops, holding two children's hands. The man he was watching was beautiful and more different from the last time he saw him. Voldemort wants Hadrian for himself, and is willing to fight Death for him.
