Chapter 6
I sat on the floor thinking of what to do?
'Should I talk to him?' I said In my head
'He really didn't do anything bad bad'
'Kevin hates him though. But Kevin's not my mate'
I trailed my fingers threw my long brown hair and thought about what to do.
I got off the floor and went to the closet and pulled out my bulls shirt and some sweat pants.
'No I'm not going'
"You okay?" I heard a husky voice say at my door
I turned and looked at Kevin, he was so sexy! He had soccer pants on and a grey v-neck t-shirt on.
"Hey" I said trying to smile but it wasn't happening
"Hi you okay?"he asked now walking close to me
I shook my head
"What's the matter?" He asked taking my arms in his two big hands
I pointed to the note.
Kevin walked over to the small pice of paper and unfolded it. I saw that as he read it his eyes grew dark, he looked away from the paper and crumbled it throwing it at the wall.
"Dush" he mumbled looking the other way
"What's wrong? What does he want with me?" I asked
I walked over to him and put my hand on his strong shoulder.
"Nicole stay away from him" he said looking at the ground
"Kevin look at me" I said taking his chin to meet my eyes.
They were dark and sacred
"Kevin what's wrong?" I asked in my commanding voice
"Nicole he's dangerous, just please promise me you will stay away" he replied taking my hand
My mouth was open trying to gasp for air but it wouldn't
"Do you promise me?" He asked holding my hand to his chest.
His heart was beating fast but at a nice rate
I nodded and closed my eyes and felt his heart beat. I felt him carry me bridal style to my bed and lay me down.
"Sleep we have a big day tomorrow" he whispered stroking my hair.
He turned to walk out but I grabbed his hand
"Stay" I said
"Nicole you need to sleep" he smiled
"Stay. Your my protector and I need you" I said
I noticed he shivered when I called him my protector, he always loved it.
He smiled and started walking to the door
"Kevin" I cried
"I'm just turning off the lights" he giggled
I smile as he gracefully walked back to the bed. I patted the pillow indicating him to lay down
"Nicole are you sure I take up a lot of space" he smiled.
"Get your fat ass in here" I laughed
"You asked for for" he said the jumped on the bed making me go airborne for a second, he wrapped his arms around me and we started play wrestling.
I took his wrist and pinned him to the bed.
