Getting to the hotel turned out to be more difficult than both girls thought.Either the directions they were given to get there were wrong or Clint wanted to add them some work as usual and dropped them off at a completely different location than planned. It's more likely that the second option happened.

Fortunately, they found their way to the hotel before their time to pick up the room key ran out.

When they finally arrived, Natasha immediately got to work and started checking places where the robot could be hiding.Wanda tried to stop her to at least put her things away but before she could say anything Nat was out of her sight.

Wanda sighed and went to their room alone.

She was surprised how good everything seemed to be, the walls were only a little dirty and the furniture was worn, but for Sokovia it could have been much worse. The room was quite big and had 2 medium sized beds and even a kettle.

Maybe normally someone would be disgusted to sleep in such a place, but Wanda stayed in such places more than once, and Natasha grew up in much worse conditions, so they did not mind the appearance of the room too much. However, Wanda had nothing to do right now as it wasn't yet time for her to prove herself on this mission, so she decided to clean up and get rid of at least some germs from the place where she was going to stay with Nat for who knows how long.

After nearly five hours of obsessive cleaning, Maximoff realized she couldn't do anything more to keep it cleaner and had to survive the fact that her baby would be living with germs.

The brunette decided to sit down and relax, but after a while she noticed that it wasn't a good idea.Only now, when her mind had nothing else to do, did she remember all the years spent in Sokovia, the death of her parents and the years in Hydra.

Her future wasn't bad from the beginning, but after that stupid bomb blast in her family home, everything changed.

Life was never the same again.

Tears flowed unintentionally from the brunette's eyes but she didn't even try to stop them, she just looked at the ceiling and relived her past.

All the fear and evil she experienced, she was lucky that Pietro was with her in such moments, otherwise she would probably be dead by now.Just thinking about her stay and cooperation with Hydra makes her feel bad, the brunette has no idea why she agreed to all this then.

She thought her past had stopped haunting her but now being in the place where it all happened, every stupid memory comes back to her like it was just yesterday.

Is this how Nat feels all the time?

Wanda had been absorbed in her mind for much longer than she thought, when she finally got out of bed, it was already dark outside the window.

The chill of the room hit her skin, causing goosebumps to appear. She shivered and reached for the blanket on top of her bag to cover herself with,it was Nat's blanket.

Just then, Wanda was struck by the fact that Nat still hadn't returned. The older green-eyed girl was already starting to worry when she suddenly heard a characteristic knock on the door, then the red-haired girl opened it and entered the room.

Wanda was about to ask what the girl was doing for so long but the blood on her face and hands caught her attention more. She walked over to Nat, scanning her quickly for any injuries, but nothing serious seemed to have happened to her.

She placed both her hands on the younger girl's cheeks, causing a little surprise on the redhead's face.

"Everything is fine, it's not my blood and no one has seen me." Natasha said in such a calm voice as if she hadn't just come back looking like she murdered someone, she moved away from the brunette's hands and walked past her going to the tap, hoping to wash off at least some of the red goo.
