-By virtue of the power conferred on me, I declare you to be wife and husband! You can kiss the bride!-they said the final words.

Another year has passed.

Unbelievable, but here we are. We survived it with Charles. When I look into my husband's eyes, I no longer see that hostile look. I will never see it again. Lando is crying behind my husband as Luisa goes over and kisses him. Yes, they found each other again, which I am very happy about. Carlos calms Lando down, then Charles walks up to the boys who congratulate him. I go to the girls, Ria jumps on my neck almost immediately. Then comes Lily, Luisa and Isa. I am so happy with these people. I never thought they could pull me out of the lonely life I had. And yet they did. I looked up at the sky. I felt my mom and dad looking down on me. They are very proud. And Rick looking at Charles.

We walked over to the rented place where we could party. First came the bride's dance. I danced with Charles and as I looked into his eyes, I felt safe. I felt every single spark between us. I relived all the moments we shared together.

-Thank you!-I whispered when he looked at me strangely.

-For what?

-Thank you for coming over that day and asking what the hell I was doing on the top of a car. Thank you for saving me.-I said, and the boy smiled and kissed me.

-Is this the end?- he asked the poetic question he had asked earlier on the ship, and I nodded. The boy spun me around. Then came the dance with the others. We were all so happy. Everything was so perfect. I also thanked Lando for everything, it was almost unbelievable that all this happened because of him.

----a few months later----

It's Christmas Eve. The snow just falls like it's being poured from a tub. I stare out the window when Charles comes in with two hot chocolates in hand. Chili, our dog, comes after the boy. I sit down on the sofa and turn on some music, the boy and the dog follow our steps.

-Well...I'm missimg your marble-patterned counter.-sighed Charles, and I laughed.

-I can't believe this, I swear I'll make the counter with a marble pattern!-I said while the boy nodded proudly.-By the way, when will your family come? I forgot.

-They said the family dinner will be on the 26th. Arthur will surely be delighted with his gift.

-Who wouldn't be happy when their older brother says that he will get a seat in Formula 1?- I looked at him questioningly.

-You're absolutely right.-he nodded and then kissed me.-Do you want to watch something?-he pointed to the TV.

-Ummm...Drive to survive?-I suggested the idea, and the boy sighed.

-We've seen it five times!- he counted on his fingers, and I started laughing.

When it finally got dark and we couldn't wait any longer, we decided to give each other the gifts. Charles began. It was a small box and when I opened it, there was a ticket for my favorite band's concert. The great thing about this is that they only perform concerts in the most elite places and it is not easy to find tickets for them, plus they are sold out quickly, but now I have 2 tickets in my hand. I started to tear up.

-Thank you very much!-I hugged him, and he returned it.-It's my turn!-I grinned, then handed him the smaller box.
Its contents were a necklace similar to the one Charles gave us on our first date, with the only difference being that it was designed for men.

- I love it!-he said, then someone knocked.-Are we expecting someone?- Charles asked, and I shook my head no.

-I'll open it!-I said and walked to the door. When I opened it, Lando was standing at the door.-What are you doing here?-I asked.

-Merry Christmas!-he took the snow off his hat, then hugged me, but in such a way that I got all wet. Well, we finally celebrated together. They gave the wonderful gifts and so did we. On December 28th, we arranged a dinner with the smaller group, such as Lando, Max, Carlos, Alex and Pierre, and of course their girlfriends. Christmas has passed. But whatever I say, it was perfect. In January, Charles and I went to Prague, London and Hungary. I really enjoyed all the trips and felt blessed by fate. I am blessed to spend the rest of my life with such a wonderful person. I was terribly grateful to everyone.

Another year has ended full of miracles. And with even more wonderful people.
