Chapter 5- Panic and Terror

Hardy's POV

I'm sitting stage right watching as Koe and Jelly are doing sound check. I hear running from the hallway behind me. I turn and see Bunnie running towards me with Duchess beside her. I notice there is blood on her face and paws.

"What's going on? Where's Harley?" I ask her with concern.

"I don't know know where she is at. I went back to the bus to check on her and I found a note. The note said she was going to take Duchess for a walk. I heard barking and went to open the door think they where back. I open the door and I see Duchess and no Harley. " Bunnie says as tears well up in her eyes.

"We are going to find her. " I say as I hug her quickly.

I then jog onto the stage to Koe. Koe stops playing at looks at me confused.

"Harley is missing!" I say before I can get anything else he sits his guitar down and rushes off stage.

Jelly and I follow him off stage. He freezes when he's sees Duchess.

Koe's POV

When Hardy tells me that Harley is missing my blood runs cold. I run off stage right and see Bunnie with Duchess. I see that Duchess has blood on her face and paws. I can't help the panic that starts to set in. I take Duchess's leash and run out of the arena. I hear pounding foot steps behind me. I turn and see Hardy, Jelly, Dre, and Bunnie behind me.

"What are you going to do?" Dre asks me with concern.

I ignore the question and unhook Duchess's leash.

"Duchess, show me where Harley's at?" I say to her.

She barks and takes off running. I follow behind her. We get down half a block from the stadium and that's where her bloody paw prints end. I notice there are woods where they end. I bend down and hook her leash back up. I see everyone is now standing behind me and waiting to follow my lead.

"Okay, let's follow Duchess and see where she take us." I say as they all nod.

We follow Duchess all the way into a clearing. That's where I see one of Harley's sneakers. I also see fresh drag marks. I follow then until they disappear. They are replace by tire tracks. I know then we are going to need the police's help to find her.

"Let's go back to the bus and call the police." Dre says as pats my back.

"I hope we find her soon and she's okay!" Bunnie says with worry laced in her voice.

We all walk back to the bus and Dre calls the police.

John's POV

I just arrived to the station for my shift. I am waived over by Sargent Bailey.

"John, doesn't your wife have a cousin named Harley?" He asks with concern.

"Yes, she is the one that always comes up to help with the boys. She is also the on that helped Kay with our gender reveal at your house." I say with confusion and concern.

"Dispatch just called us saying she was kidnapped." He says with a worried tone.

"Forward me the address." I say as rush out of the station towards my police cruiser.

I receive the address and head towards the arena downtown. I reach over and dial my my wife's number.

"Amanda, I just wanted to let you know that Harley's been kidnapped." I tell her just straight.

"John, you have to find her. I can't loose her. She is like my little sister." She says as her voice cracks.

"I promise we will get her back." I say with a reassuring tone.
