"Thank you so much" you smiled, nodding to a couple of more words that were said by the person on the other line, until you both said your goodbyes and you hung up.
Since you got to college you expected for your apartment to be the first true purchase you made. The expense that you first wanted to achieve. Thinking it was the one you needed the most. Which you do. But as time went on, you got to realize a car is a true necessity.
So for the past three months you have been dealing with getting one. Saving enough money, working late hours and even more days to earn more money. Having the opportunity to see which car was better, even asking people to help you out on it.
And as the weeks went on, the days became closer until the deal was finally closed. Thanks to Jimin and Jungkook, who they both don't know they helped at the same time. You got your car.
It's not your first one. You remember having one before in High school. One that broke down and you had to leave behind. It had nice memories but you needed to let it go.
You aren't as worried about it now, what you are worried now is getting used to the car once again. You drove before, you got to drive the new car a bit before buying it as well.
But now knowing you will go on the roads once again it makes you scared. You will admit that. Jimin was there to help you as always, he would let you drive his car around and would even remind you of some things from time to time. As well as Jungkook, who gave you a lot of lessons as well.
And even if those thoughts are coming to mind, you won't let them get the best of you. You worked too hard for this, and you are way too happy to let that anxiety ruin your moment.
Putting your phone back in your purse, you smiled towards the person in front of you.
"That smile, besides me who creates it?" he asked, as you just rolled your eyes and sat back down.
"Don't flatter yourself" you said, putting your purse on the counter as he leaned closer towards you.
"The final deal for the car was made and I'm happy" you smiled once again, hearing him chuckle.
"I'm happy for you, you talked about this non-stop," he added, turning towards the other counter as he slowly brought a mug, placing it on your side.
"Thank you, it's one of the many things I wanted" you said, resting your elbow on the counter as you just looked at him.
For the time being, Jungkook has changed a lot. Not just with his personality, but his appearance. He let his hair grow out a bit, he became more muscular. He does go to the gym more often now that spring has come.
It's not like he didn't go in the winter, but you have seen that he has gotten more motivated knowing that April is here. And well the summer is coming along.
