Y/n POV
Me and Neji make our way to the training grounds a few minutes early.
As we get closer I see a guy with a bowl cut in a green jumpsuit.
"Is that one of your team mates??" I whisper as we approach him "yes."
The green guy notices us and stares at me. "Oh my, you must be the girl that Neji told us about."
"I guess so, I'm Y/n!" I say smiling. "I'm Rock Lee, be my girlfriend." He says smiling at me.
"Um. Excuse me?" I say blinking at him kinda creeped out. "You are the 2nd most beautiful girl I have layed my eyes on, you almost surpass Sakura." He starts. I stare at him getting more creeped out by the second.
"If you become my girlfriend I swear to protect you with my life." He says trying to grab my hand.
"HEY DONT TOUCH ME PERVERT." I scream as I slam my foot into the side of his head and he goes flying into a nearby tree.
"Owwww!!! She's strong!!" He says getting up rubbing his head. "You were acting like a fool, no girl will date you if you start off like that." Neji replies scoffing.
"Your no girl expert Neji! You haven't even had a girlfriend!" Lee says coming back over. "I'm not interested in romantic relationships, there are greater issues in this world." Neji says closing his eyes matter a factly.
"Well-" Lee starts but gets cut off by a girl with two brown buns in her hair coming over. "Hey guys! Ohhh!! you must be Y/n!" She says looking at me.
"Yeah, that's me!" I say smiling awkwardly. "Did these two jerks upset you?!" She asks as if we have been friends for years.
"Oh no I-" "Yeah Neji is being a jerk again!" I begin but get cut off my Lee. The girl looks over at Neji.
"Actually you started by asking the poor girl out and continued to harass her." Neji replies.
"Lee! Leave this poor girl alone!! We cant scare her off so quickly!" She says frowning.
She looks back at me already smiling. "I'm TenTen, it's nice to meet you Y/n!!"
"It's nice to meet you too" I say smiling. "So I heard your from a far away land??" She says.
"Oh yeah, pretty far." I answer. "Ohhh I see! How are you liking the leaf so far!!" She says grabbing my hand and pulling me away.
"TENTEN BRING HER BACK, I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS!" Lee yells at her as she drags me away from the other two.
"Oh uhm- I like it so far" I answer as we come out of view from the two boys.
"Yeah this village is filled with nice people, watch out for the weirdos though." She says winking at me.
"Uh yeah, right.." I say as she finally stops dragging me.
"Say, what land did you live in?" She asks sitting down in the grass.
I sit across from her and say "It was hardly a land, more of a town who ruled itself. It didn't exactly have a name."
"Wow really? That's a shame!" She says. "I guess so, I came to the leaf to escape my abusive parents and make myself a life." I say as I lay down on my back.
