Izuku smiled wide, looking at himself in the mirror. He had gotten engaged before, with Jax. But the ring only ended up being stolen and the couple had never talked about marriage after getting engaged. But now, things were different. Katsuki had spent time and money to give Izuku the best wedding he could ever ask for. Especially when he's marrying the blonde himself.
"You look gorgeous, sweetie."
Izuku jolted, turning to face the blonde woman. Mitsuki was attending the wedding, and had planned most of it for her son. Izuku smiled wide, nodding as thanks. He looked back, admiring the suit he and his friends had chosen, not long after he got engaged. His engagement was probably the most memorable night he had ever lived through, too.
He could easily remember Katsuki kneeling down on one knee after cooking the most delicious meal, planning out a romantic date at home, and making love to him nearly all night. It was definitely a night he'd never forget.
"I'm nervous." The greenette stated, looking back into the mirror. He was worried he might screw up, after preparing his vows at the last minute. Plus, no rehearsal had been planned. So the wedding wasn't practiced. Midoriya had been so love-struck for the past several weeks, he had completely forgotten about his tasks. That's why his tux had been bought only a week ago, and his vows had been written the night prior. It was strange, since he was used to doing things with ease and didn't procrastinate. But this time, it was different.
"Don't be, love. You'll be great. I've never seen my son so in love. Even if you trip over your words and end up a sobbing mess, he'll still want to marry you." Mitsuki chuckled, gently gripping the greenette's arms as they both stared in the mirror. "You look amazing." She repeated, struggling to hide her excitement. Katsuki had struggled with relationships in the past, and seeing him live with a successful one was the best thing she could ask for. Especially when the blonde was marrying the kindest person she had ever met.
"You planned the honeymoon, and reception, right?" The greenette nervously fiddled with his fingers, glancing at ruby red eyes.
"Of course, don't worry about anything, sweetie. Now, pull yourself together. 'Kay? It's almost time for you to walk out." The woman spoke, gently pinching a freckled tear as she noticed threatening tears. She waited until dimples popped and a nod was seen, making her heart tumble in her chest. "Alright, come now." She said, handing him the bouquet of white roses, matching the ones in the church. Izuku took a minute to take a deep breath, pulling himself together as his heart threatened to pound out of his ribcage.
Katsuki looked down to a shaky hand, stuffing it into his pocket again. He looked up, trying to regulate his breathing to the thought of marrying the love of his life. He was sure of his decision, but he was nervous about ruining it. He wanted Midoriya to have the most perfect wedding there was. Everything had to be right. He turned, facing a familiar red-haired man who gave him a wide grin. His dyed hair was tied, which was different since he was used to spiking them with the help of gel. Everybody there had put a lot of effort into their looks, today. Especially Bakugou. He had spent the entire morning shaving, doing his hair, shaving again to make sure he hadn't missed a spot, fixing his tux several times as he wanted it to look amazing, polishing his shoes... He had thought of everything. He wanted to look his best.
