WEDNESDAY MORNING, THE THIRD WEEK OF MARCH 2023

.

Jharrell agrees to meet Mr. Williams at one of his other businesses to discuss how he could earn the money he needed.

.

Jharrell: [looking around the large and expensively decorated office] ... Hey, Mr. Williams.

Mr. Williams: [smiles] ... Hello, good morning. Thank you for coming in.

Jharrell: [continues to look around] ... Good morning ... umm, yeah. I dunno ... umm.

Mr. Williams: It's okay, no one can hear us in here. [chuckles]

... It's a safe space.

Jharrell: [sighs] ... Well, I can't get a group. I mean I really don't wanna do a group thing. Shit, I don't wanna do a one on one thing. But I know this the quickest way to get some cash. [Mr. Williams was just nodding and saying "hmm emm" to everything]

... So, Derrick said he'll help me out.

Mr. Williams: But that's been seen already. I ... we were hoping for something new.

Jharrell: [sighs] ... I know. I was thinking ... I'm wondering, if you can give me a loan. I'd pay you back as quick as possible. Shit, I'd even come over and do stuff for free if needed.

Mr. Williams: Okay, that's an option, but how about we do something like ... let's say someone that's willing to do something. Like Curtis.

Jharrell: Nah!

Mr. Williams: Hear me out! [puts his hand on Jharrell knee after he lets out a deep exhaling sigh]

... I know, but the fact you two are connected in the ways that you are makes it hotter. You know, it's that kind of forbidden act thing. And if you do it for the group ... man-oh-man ... I know they'd love that.

Jharrell: [groans] ... Umm ... [taking a moment to think about it]

... How much you think?

Mr. Williams: Maybe ... $10,000! At least, probably more if you and him put on an outstanding show.

.

After hearing that, Jharrell seriously thought about doing the once unthinkable thing – letting Curtis have what he's been wanting for years.
