THE NEXT EVENING...
Wednesday and I had everything planned for how we were going to get to the Gates mansion that evening. The first part of transport was sorted, now the second part...Enid.
"I've been thinking about my less than enthusiastic response to your surprise soirée, and I must admit, I regret not showing my gratitude towards you more appropriately" Wednesday says as Enid sits up on her bed happily
"You really mean it?" She asks hesitantly
"Take the win Enid" Wednesday replies
"If only there were a way for the three of us to get off campus and have a little birthday redo, just three best friends." Wednesday says thoughtfully
"It's too bad the school is on lockdown though" I say with a sad sigh
"Would you look at that full moon..." Wednesday says with a hint as Enid's gasps in realisation.
"Oh, how about I say I'm about to wolf out and get a pass to the lupin cages and say you both volunteered to lock me in" Enid says with a grin
"Our deviousness has finally rubbed off on you" Wednesday says as I smirk knowing that everything was going according to plan.
"Thing, you know what to do right?" Wednesday asks as the three of us are about to leave but Enid stops us.
"Oh, we should wear our snoods" Enid says with a gasp as she runs over to get them before handing me mine which I take happily and wrap around my neck.
"Oh...I believe I left mine at fencing" Wednesday replies
"Actually, you left it at the Weathervane, luckily Bianca brought it back" Enid says happily handing Wednesday her snood
"Like a monkeys paw" Wednesday says as I chuckle
"You'll have to thank Bianca next time you see her" I say playfully as Wednesday walks out of the room with me and Enid following.
Wednesday gets into the car with Tyler as I wait for Enid to arrive so we can both get into the car.
"Don't mind us" I say with a smile as I climb into the back of the car
"Wait he's our uber driver?" Enid asks confused as Tyler looks between Enid and I.
"Uber driver?, I thought we were going on a date" Tyler says confused
