Wednesday had just gotten back from town and told me she was going to go and ask Xavier if he recognised the archway that she saw in her vision, so I agreed to tag along.
Walking across the school grounds, we reach Xavier's art shed and as I'm about to knock on the door to notify Xavier, Wednesday walks straight in causing me to sigh and follow in behind her.
As we enter we see Xavier angrily splattering paint at his latest artwork, hearing footsteps walking towards him he pauses. His head turns towards us in confusion although his eyes lighten up slightly after seeing that I was behind Wednesday.
"What can I do for you Wednesday? Princess?" Xavier asks before glancing towards me with a smirk slightly as we both remember what happened the last time we were in here together.
"I need your help" Wednesday states
"Don't gloat" She adds once she sees Xavier's smug grin causing me to chuckle
"What, do you want some drawing lessons?" Xavier asks sarcastically as Wednesday hands him the piece of paper whilst Thing and I take a look around the room noticing a canvas with a sheet over it. That wasn't there when I was last in here.
"I saw this in a vision, do you recognise it?" Wednesday asks as Xavier points towards a painting on the wall
"When did you draw this?" Wednesday asks
"Couple days ago" Xavier replies as he takes a seat next to where I'm standing.
"I started having those dreams again, like before" Xavier adds
"Was the monster in them?" I ask concerned about what happened to him the last time it was as Xavier smiles reassuringly at me.
"No, but I could feel it in the shadows, you know kind of lurking in my mind" Xavier explains as I frown at his description. That's sounds a lot like the feeling I've been getting these past few days about whatever darkness is out there.
"You know where this is?" Wednesday asks hopefully
"Yeh it's the old Gates mansion" Xavier says as I turn to look at Wednesday as we both realise what Xavier just said. " I pass it when I go running" Xavier adds
"Gates as in the Gates your father supposedly murdered?" I ask Wednesday before we hear thing clicking his fingers causing us to turn towards the canvas that was covered.
Thing tugs the sheet off to reveal a painting of me playing the violin causing me to walk over to it as Wednesday sighs and walks out knowing she won't get anymore information.
