Chapter 31

CHAPTER 31

4 days before the wedding.

All I've been doing these past few days is sleeping and eating. My fatigue has been through the roof and I've had a headache almost everyday since last week. I was suppose to be doing a bachelorette party but I was to tired to plan it. Instead of a party we would be having a spa day and a shopping spree. Tonight we were having a dinner with trevante's entire family along with my mom, stepdad and sister. I also invited some of my friends from the salon. We had invited them all to the wedding as well. Tre's crew would be there too. It wasn't until the drinks started flowing and the dinner was served that I started to feel sick. I picked up my wine glass about to sniff it until I scrunched my nose up and gagged.

" What's wrong baby ", tre wrapped his arm around me.

" That wine smells weird ", I looked to him with a concerned face.

I took a few bites of my food before pushing it away. I started getting really dizzy. I got up suddenly and ran to the bathroom. I puked and trevante came behind me. He sat on the sink. I wiped my mouth with a napkin and flushed the toilet before I rinsed my mouth with some strong mouth wash.

" Ugh ", I sat on the floor looking up at him.

" I think I'm pregnant ", I continued to look at him.

Trevante looked down at me a sheepishly smiled. I rolled my eyes at him.

" You did this shit to me ", I pushed him roughly. Before I could move my hand back Trevante pulled me to him into a hug.

" Don't tell anyone for a few more weeks. It's still possible that I could lose it. It's very common to have a miscarriage. So let's just lay low until we know it's definite. We could wait until the first ultra sound If I am actually pregnant ", I looked at him.

" I think that's a great idea ", tre kissed my cheek and lead me back to the dinner table. I sipped on water all night. Once everybody left me and Tre headed to cvs to get a pregnancy test.

" There's so many ", try looked up in disbelief.

" Get the clear blue. Get 2 ", I looked around.

" But this one tells you up to seven days before your missed period ", Tre held up the first response test.

" Yeah was whatever, get 2 of those ", I sighed.

We headed to the cash register. I grabbed a bag of chips and threw it in the basket.

Tre just shook his head and laughed. I just rolled my eyes and looked at the chocolate bars. I didn't pick any up THIS time. Driving back home was fine until Trevante got a call on his phone.

" Why ", tre spoke into the phone.

" NOW!?"

" Give me ten minutes "

" What is it ", I looked at Tre with a concerned face.

" They said they found Kent ", tre looked at me with a grimace.

" Oh...", I sighed in relief.

Trevante didn't seem to relax. We continued to drive towards the trap.

" Imma drop you off at the trap. I'm gonna take care of him with Flaco and Rico okay ? ", Tre looked over at me with an expecting expression.

" Okay ", I shook my head. Trevante handed me a gun for protection. He was a little paranoid but I tried my best to just go with the flow.

Once I got inside I saw joy there with a few of the trap girls who now seemed to be apart of the crew more than anything now. I saw some of Tre's boys.
