The plot is simple: You're about to be appointed as a conductor for the city of Tall Oaks and things are moving full steam ahead for your future..! Of course, you technically are a newbie, so your boss, Mr-SirTopopmpat, had decided to train you as his apprentice since he and your father had been dear friends from a transport war of long ago. Aside from that side story, you had one goal: to make yourself and your family proud by following the transport coat of honor! So much so that even your mentor gave you his hat due to your skill and the faith he had in you as his successor! However, unknowingly to you, things were going to go very wrong on your first day due to the city of Tall Oaks getting "derailed" off the tracks...

This is in honor of the train that folded me over and over again in Resident Evil 6 lol this game made me rage and kind of gave me a heart attack but anyhow enough of the chit chat now let's be residents in this area near him~

Y'ns Pov. I was finally finishing my training by departing from the station as a new and improved conductor for the city of Tall Oaks! Things were going to change for me from here; not only was I going to make my family proud and receive the approval of my boss, whom I had been an apprentice since I was eighteen, but I was finally stepping into a different chapter in my life that could only lead to my bright and comfortable future! I was full of optimism and glee as I made my way through the station entrance while adjusting and fixing my clothes without a care in the world. I daydreamed for a moment and personified myself as quote a "golden chariot." (Note this added train reference was brought to you by the fairy queen aka one of the oldest steam engines that are also a luxury train in India I thought sprinkling as many references as I can educate in my fics is a nice touch. )

Suddenly, I was halted by the strange lack of traffic in the station. I took in my surroundings due to the lack of sound that filled the room and noticed things seemed slow today... I'm not sure why, but it was rather empty and quiet. It felt as if it were too calm for a Saturday afternoon... Maybe they decided to do maintenance or something... Wouldn't they inform me, though? I started to become a bit anxious for a moment because it felt rather eerie, almost like a horror movie of sorts, that was until the old homeless man known as Joeb walked into the station behind a tall stern-looking man dressed in a black suit, carrying a big silver briefcase, "What are you hiding in the case you shifty-eyed looking scum!? You can't fool someone who used to be a cop when you have trouble written all over your face!" Joeb spouted as he stood rather close to him. I noticed he didn't have his usual demeanor; it was rather sober and clear compared to his drunken rants.

Normally, I would just walk by and ignore Joebs outbursts, but today, something stood out about what was occurring because of how the man was carrying himself...he stood quiet and didn't bat an eye at his threats and harassment... Now, maybe he was just mature because he had dealt with this type of thing before, but still, why was he so... Creepy? God, Y'n, you're so rude... I shook off my thoughts once again when I noticed something stood out about the sign Joeb had been carrying. Usually, he had all sorts of things written on his signs like 'The end was near.' and that type of  thing, but today it read, 'The umbrella was about was about to close, and the rain shall fall on you...' I figured he was finally going off the deep end or maybe drinking too much, especially when he started shouting and harassing the man while practically getting in his face. "YOU'VE BEEN CAUGHT YOU HEAR ME? IT TOOK ME 10 YEARS, BUT YOU'RE FINALLY CAUGHT!" The pale man stood there glaring at him through his shades as Joeb continued.

"YOU'RE AN AGENT OF DARKNESS! A BRINGER OF PESTILENCE AND DESTRUCTION, I REFUSE TO LET YOU BOARD A TRAIN IN THIS STATION OR ANY STATION YOU HEAR ME!?" He spouted curses and shouted at the man who looked rather shady in my opinion since he just stood there with a blank expression only to stare at him through his sunglasses...  that's a bit unsettling, plus my dad always said people who wear sunglasses indoors are jerks with no class or they are up to no good.
