(You were a hard-working college student and after leaving your parents' home you went on your own to look for apartments at the age of 19 around that time you also found yourself working at the local MgRonald's in Kyodo. After turning 21 were accepting the company to promote you for your peak performance and attendance. You went above and beyond even though you were also trying to study to become a business owner of your franchise, so you were also studying for accounting even with that you made it your mission to be an employee of the month every month at your location. One day the company called and offered you to transfer to the recent popular location in the MgRonald's franchise due to Racing in the ranks even though you thought you were one of the best it turns out that Satan said otherwise. Everything changed the moment you met Maou you felt as if he were a superhuman with the way he worked, and you began to envy him which caused you to see him as an enemy to your goal but alas he kills you with kindness and you're now attempting to fight your feelings for him after being at that location for a couple of months.

Epilogue.  Sadao Maou was the model for the perfect employee, but I couldn't wrap my head around it... I was sure that with enough hard work I could move up to the corporal ladder at least. that's how I felt at the time. I didn't understand it but as I trained under him, I began to feel a small sense of jealousy because I was led to believe I would be the store manager alas before I knew it, I was training right underneath Mayumi Kisaki and I was now competing to prove my worth to a company that barely gave me anything, but I worked so hard... and yet he made it look effortless... I had already spent three years of my life in this franchise, and I wasn't willing to give up my spot to him but he somehow managed to top me in work. I didn't want to admit it, but I was jealous, and I knew that Maou would surpass me thus why I didn't understand why they put me in this location. He tried to talk to me time and time again but I was set on keeping my distance so I can climb up the ladder and get the promotion ... at least that was my intention.

Yn's Pov. I couldn't believe that Maou continued to attempt to win my friendship despite my efforts to keep my distance... I found it quite admirable and even a bit charming- what was I saying he's the competition why would wish to become closer to him ... tch I wasn't going to let Sadao stop me from pursuing my goal even if I found his actions cute. What am I saying!? damn that Maou he's charming his way into my heart ... I was so lost in thought that I ended up putting too much water on the floor while moping the kitchen and end up slipping over my foot. "CRAP!" I exclaimed as I slipped, I knew it was no use I had completely lost my balance, as I closed my eyes and prepared for the fall I suddenly felt a gust of wind and a pair of arms wrapped around me that felt slightly... muscular?

I opened my eyes and when I looked up, I realized the arms that held me in a warm embrace belonged to Sadao Maou!? he looked as if he had been a completely different being in his eyes and yet I felt myself becoming drawn into his gaze, my heartbeat began to sound as if it was going to leave my chest and I could feel my face become flush. I couldn't say a word I knew I had to pull away but as we locked eyes, I noticed even he was a bit flushed himself. I mustered the courage to pull away and as I stood up straight, I noticed the floor had been slightly dryer than before. "T-thank you for that Maou I'm sorry I guess I became distracted ... ahem please don't tell the manager about this... " I pleaded sheepishly as I tried to hide my slight blush with my -favorite color- scarf I could feel the heat rushing to my face. He looked at me and smiled as he regained his composure himself and replied. "Don't worry about it Y'n! I understand what it's like to become too into your thoughts besides I don't snitch out my comrades in arms, after all, we're like partners now kind of!" he exclaimed genuinely as he gave me the most wonderful smile I had ever seen.

I felt my heart beating fast I couldn't understand it because I had never felt anything like this until I met Maou. why was I feeling like this? God, I had to leave the room he was going to make my face turn too red that's when I knew I had to pull my get-out-of-jail-free card. "Oh... uh... that's nice Maou listen I have to go I believe I heard the manager call me! " I fled the kitchen without saying another word I couldn't bring myself to because it felt like barbwire was crushing my throat when I tried to formulate the words... I rushed past poor Chiho and bumped into her causing her to end up dropping her lunch. "Oh goodness, Chiho I'm so sorry! I'm a mess today I don't know what's wrong with me!" I exclaimed apologetically as I helped her pick up the mess.
