They celebrate it at the park. All the lab members is their including Kayaba who just in the team for 2 weeks.
"This is your first time seeing Shi-chan right. Isn't she look so cute~~" Shion sounds like a proud dad. He hold Shino . Babyshino just stares at Kayaba with her sparkles eyes.
"Y-yeah, so cute" Kayaba can't help but pinch babyshino's cheek.
"Euaa....huaaaaa!!!" shino start to cried
"S-sorry... did i pinch to hard??... I didn't mean it" Kayaba frightened as babyshino's crying. He tried to make the baby stop crying.
"Hahaha, no worry, no worry" Shion said as he move his body up and down slowly. In a few seconds babyshino stop crying. " See... she's a bit sensitive with a new person..."
"Oh you should try this Kayaba-kun" the female lab mates, Matsuri, told Kayaba to sit down in crossed-legged position.
"Oh" Shion now right away what's she's trying to do.
"Hehe, just let her sat on you hip. In just a few seconds she will become attached to you. All of us try it, and she never cry when we touch her again after that." Matsuri said as Shion put his daughter on Kayaba's hip.
"Euua..." Babyshino look up at kayaba. Slowly she lend her back to Kayaba's body. " Euaaaouuu~~ghagah" baby Shino giggles. Showing that she's comfortable with person she sat on right now.
Kayaba's eye sparkle " so damn cute.." he cover his face as he smile.
"Kayaba-kun, look here" Shion took the camera a snap a photo of them. "Gahaha you guys are so cute" Shion said with a smile.
"Naoko-san. Do you planning to come back to work again?" Matsuri ask, as she took a sip on her tea.
"Hrmm, I still don't know...maybe after Shino enter kindergarten..." She said looking at Shino who still sat on Kayaba's hip.
Kayaba heard the conversation " oh?? Did you work for Argus too, Asada-san?" He ask.
"Well....kinda.... before i was pregnant. But i was not a researcher." She replied.
"Not a researcher?" Kayaba confused. Most of the people that work there mostly are researcher.
"She was paid by argus to protect Shion-san. So she was a bodyguard before" Matsuri explain.
"B-bodyguard??...for Shion-san? What happened??" He look confused and look at Shion. What things that his team leader do until he need a bodyguard.
"W-well that's a long story...hahaha" Naoko titter.

"So you get it?" Naoko ask Kayaba.
"...kinda... So Naoko-san and Shion-san has been friends since high school. Shion-san took the same program that i took, pass it and goes to university. And Naoko-san enter the polish academy. And the moment both of you graduate. Shion-san was chase by some bad man that want the information from argus. And Naoko-san save him and ended getting paid by argus to protect Shion-san from getting attack by the bad guy?...." He try to remember everything that Naoko just said.
Naoko nodded. "This guy... always putting himself in danger...just be careful not to be caught with his problem." Naoko said with a sigh.
"Don't blame me for being to smart, Nothing i can do about it.... Being in R&D in a techno company means you always been in the eye of those who want the newest technology. Like other R&D company, military or a terrorist." Shion sigh. "there's many of our researcher when missing because of this..."
"When missing?" Kayaba shock hearing this.
"yep...." Shion replied, he noticed Kayaba faces expresions change to worry. "haha, no need to worry, as long ass we carefull with our R&D, everything will be okay. just make sure you don't open your mouth with anyone that's is not from our company." he tap Kayaba's Shoulder.
after that they change their conversation and continue celebrating Shino's 1st birthday.

Few months later.
Sunday morning
"Morning guys~~!!" Shion slam the lab's door open greetings the member inside the lab. " Oh Kayaba-kun you come today?" Shion look excited to see his young apprentice come on the weekend.
" today is a big day, I want to be here when it's happening" he said with a smile, he then looks at the helmet full of wire that he had wore before during his first time here.
"Hahaha, of course right! Finally we can show the outcome of our R&D to them. And this technology will finally use by those who needed it." Shion said then he touches the helmet gently. On one hand he hold the camera, that he always use to record his life journey.
Hours later.
"Congratulations, Asada Shion. Your nervegear prototype has passed the safety regulations. We will start planning for the machine to make a debut. We will make sure the world see this technology." One of the upper man give a handshake to Shion.
"Thank you so much!!" Shion said with an excited voice.
"We should be the one who thanks you. Thanks to you, a lot of people suffering can be end."the man give him a pat on the shoulder. "We will contact you when we finish with the planning " the man said before he walk out of the lab.
"We did it!! We finally did it!" Shion shouted to the camera before turning the camera off.

"That's the last recording....."Klein browsing the file looking for the video with the latest date, none. The one that they just watch is the last one. Kikouka digging through the box, but he can't fine any Sdcard of pendrive that has any updates of the video.
"This nervegear.... it's the same on in the video right..." Kikouka take out the nervegear. Klein nodded. Kikouka put the nervegear on the tables right beside the computer. He plug some wire on the nervegear and connect it to his computer. " Two files... there's to files in this nervegear... both of it entitled... But the date! It's after the last video that we watched."
"Really!"Klein get close to the screen and noticed the date, it is the latest. "There's no other way..... Kikouka-san plug me in, let me dive in using the nervegear ." Klein said.
" What?! Are you insane?? We don't know if this thing safe or not. let me call my team to make sure that this nervegear safe to use. The. I'll let yiu dive in" He said holding the nervegear afraid if Klein snatch it from him. " We're done for today, i will sent this nervegear to the lab first. Just get some rest first... I'll call you when it's good to use." Kikouka pushing Klein out of his office. " I already prepare a driver for you, just get some rest now."
Klein sigh, but there's nothing he can do now, he nodded and leave. He goes downstairs and just like Kikouka told him, a car is waiting for him. He told the driver to take him to the hospital.
As soon as he arrived he makes his way to Sinons ward. He didn't enter the room, he just stand in front of the door. "... even if i stay with her right now...she can't even look at me... everytime she said that bastard is her husband, an anger just keep piling up in me... it's better for me to stay away from her for now..." He took a step back and walk away.
