4. Blight

[POV- Matty] Time- 8:12 A.M December 15th
{Place- Ice skating rink} (Talking with Gus)
Me and Gus are talking to each other while putting on our ice skates. Willow and Amity were already on the ice rink. I had a bit of trouble when trying to tie my shoe. Gus had just finished tying my shoe and he stood up. "There you go!" He says making eye contact with me. "Thanks" I say also standing up. We both enter the skating rink and start moving. Gus was helping me because I have never ice skated before.

"Do you want to try by yourself?" Gus asks me holding my hand. I shake my head, "No, this is hard." I say looking at him. I see him looking back at me with a smirk. "What?" I tell him. "You ready?" He asks me, I think about what he is talking about. "Ready for what?" I ask him. He lets go of my hand. "Gus!" I say angrily.

"Matty." He says back at me. "No come back." I say almost falling. "Okay okay just don't fall." He says heading towards me. "Thank you" I say happily.

(POV- Luz) [Place- Owl House] {Time- 9:24 A.M}
Me, Eda, and King are going out for a bit. We hop on to Owlbert and fly. They didn't tell me where but that's okay. I'll end out knowing. Out of no where I hear a voice. I haven't heard this voice in forever. "Hello King and Eda!" I hear someone say. I look behind us and I see Lillith in the air behind us. "But most importantly hello Luz!" She exclaims smiling at us. "Hi!" I say excitedly at her. "Hey Lillith, your late." Eda says with a tone. "No I'm not, wait time is it?" Lillith says checking her watch. "Im only 3 minutes late, it's barely anything." Lillith says looking back at us.

"Well we are here." Eda says as we land. Eda starts to hop off Owlbert. Me and King follow behind her while Lillith was following behind us. "What are we going to do?" I ask them. "Eda you never told her?" Lillith says to Eda looking at her. "So what she would find out anyway." Eda says stopping. I look at where we are. "Let's go inside!" Kings says pointing towards the building. It was a ice skating rink.

"Wait, we have to get skates." Eda says picking up King. We all get out skates and walk in. We put in our skates and go onto the ice.

"Luz?"
