A/N

Hi lovely readers just before you guys read I just want to thank everyone who has voted and all the views I'm getting for this story!!! I'm truly amazed how fast it got so many votes once wanderer came out, I'm honored that you guys took the time to read my story.

"Uh… haha just a reasonable guess?" You tried your best to feign ignorance; it was bad enough that Ajax was worried about your attacks. You didn't want another reason for him to hate your parents, weird how you still wanted to protect them? It's almost laughable.

For just a second, you saw ajax's expression turn dark; you knew he didn't believe you. Sometimes, you wanted to curse the world for letting him know so much about you, but then again, that was one of the reasons why you always felt so safe with him. "You better tell me about this later." His words were so commanding that for a second, you wanted to sit up straight but refrained from the action.

It got quiet, so quiet that a pin could probably be heard. You wanted to test that theory, but that would most certainly cause noise, and you weren't going to be the first person to break this thick silence. "Who was the harbinger you met?" Mr. Zhongli was an angel sent from celestia; this man seemed unharmed by the awkward tension the two friends had created. He was content with the silence; he also found it amusing that he could see intimate sides of ajax.

"Ah that, right well it seems the doctor was making a quick stop here before going to sumeru for an assignment" you froze for a second, was dottore really here; a chill ran through your whole body. That man was unhinged in your eyes, and never in your life would you like to be in his presence ever again.

Zhongli seems to have noticed the color in your face drain, " so you know this doctor, childe has spoken of ?" You're startled by his deep voice as he directed his questioning toward you, "Ah… well yes unfortunately since I'm of noble birth I am required to interact with all the harbingers."

"What do you mean, unfortunately? I'm also one, you know. " Ajax seems hurt by the way you had said it; you didn't mean it to come out bitter, but most of the harbingers were a pain to deal with. Each one of them had a uniqueness that was infuriating; if you didn't know how to hold a conversation with them, you might end up on the floor for all you knew. It drained you so much at times.

"Yes I'm fortunate enough to be friends with the most human of the harbingers," you knew very well that the harbingers were the least human and you knew something happened to Ajax right after he was lost for 3 days; he was never the same little boy you knew.

You could hear a muffled choke in your friend's direction, it seems he didn't know that you knew about his situation; I mean he did think you were just being used as a puppet to raise your family's status but you did much more than that. Your father is obsessed with power; you grew up knowing that all too well.

"Well, one of them isn't really one… yet they feel so human…" You stare at the wall, knowing what you said cut deep into your self being, that man seemed to always be stuck in your mind. He has always caused you to feel conflicted about your emotions, one day you could be pissed with him and then the next hour you're swooning over the way he tugs at your heart.

"It seems that Childe isn't the only harbinger you knew well" Zhongli has such a good eye for such things or it might be that you've had stopped putting a mask in front of this man the moment you had woken up from the shock of choking to death. It was most likely the latter since you didn't want to think about Scaramouche killing you in real life, it would just solidify that he didn't need you anymore.
