"WHAAAAAAAA!"

"CALM DOWN!"

Francis tried grabbing onto me as he flew through the time dimension. The colors were still off, and things were still flying around, so he was hitting them. "ARTHUR! HELP!" He screamed as he flew around. I began to reach for him as he bounced off a few objects. "STOP MOVING SO FAST!" I demanded. I watched in horror as he came right for me. He was being flipped around, and it was terrifying.

The air was knocked out of me as he rammed his body into me. "Open a portal!" I yelled. I watched as we began flying toward a portal, and I soon started screaming. "OH, MY DAYS!" I yelled.

I closed my eyes, bracing myself. We were heading straight for the ground.

"WHAAAAAA!—"

"Ugh....that went worse than I thought it would," I spoke. I gasped for air and felt the weight of his body on me. "Ugh...where did you take us?" Francis asked. My eyes widened, and I sat up quickly, pushing him off me. "I'm...Not sure..." I looked down at my watch and felt my soul leave my body as I looked at it.

It wasn't my watch...

"This is bad..." I spoke.

"What?" Francis asked.

"The watch...it's the older one...Alfred has my original..." I spoke. A spark came from the watch, and I dropped it. "No, No, No! This is bad!" I cried. Francis looked at me worried, and I slowly opened the watch. Not to my surprise...the quantum chip was destroyed.

"Well, we're screwed..."

"What?! What happened?"

"The chip...it is done...we are stuck here..." I spoke. I may have sounded calm, but I was freaking out. "What? How? When are we?" He asked. He began to look around, and I did the same.

"Great..."I spoke. My eyes stopped on a flag I wish I didn't see. "Ugh...this again...I even left my home because of the Nazis! Now we are back!" He said, annoyed. He was right...this was the worst time period to be stuck in.

We both began to stand up, and I placed my hands on my hips. This area looked familiar. "Hey...this might be a stretch...but didn't you used to live around here?" I asked. I lifted an eyebrow and looked at him, confused. His smile grew, and he nodded. "I did! If I'm still there, that means I didn't leave yet! Which means either you are here too or not yet!" He smiled.

Francis grabbed my arm and began to look around. "This way!" He cheered. I nodded at him and held onto my things as I followed behind him. We passed a few people, but they did not seem to care much about our presence, which is surprising.

"This way!" He demanded. He pulled us behind this home and forced me to get down. "My car! I am still here!" He cheered. My eyes widened...that means I might still be here. We both crawled by this window and hid underneath it. "Hey, you wouldn't happen to have gotten an on-hand?" I asked.

"No...those things annoy me, especially after seeing you use it. Do you know how weird it is knowing they were going to be invented?" He spoke, annoyed. I tried not to laugh at his comment. "Well, do you have any modern technology on you?" I asked. His face turned red, and he nodded slowly.

"I do..." he spoke.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out an old phone. "Whoa! When was this made? Twenty-fifty?" I asked, laughing. I grabbed his phone, and he looked at me, offended. "It is actually forty years old! But it's good enough!" He defended himself. I nodded at him with a smile and looked at it. "What is your number?" I asked.

"Eh? I don't think now is the time to flirt with me over text..."

"Idiot, what is it?" I laughed.

"813-210-9313..."

I nodded at him and began to enter the number on my on-hand. "Okay, wear this..."I spoke. I pulled out something so he could hear me talk. "Connect it to your phone, and put it in your ear. I will talk to you like this..."

"What? I am right here? No need..."

"No...yes need...It is for emergencies..." I spoke. I began to hear talking, and the two of us looked out the window. "Did you get visitors often?" I asked. He shook his head, and it finally clicked. I was there...which means that I had that extra chip still.

Wait a minute...

"Okay...listen to me, I have a plan..." I spoke. I began to look through the window slowly, and sure enough, we were there, talking. "We need to get the chip...I had the extra one in my bag. Is there another way to get inside?" I asked.

"Yes! I built a small exit room connected to the room with all my tech stuff. It was for if I needed to escape without being detected," he spoke. I smiled at him and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Perfect...show me where it's at! I'm going to sneak in and grab the chip..." I explained.

"What? How? You guarded your stuff really well—Ah...I think I understand a whole lot of things right now, and it's freaking me out," he spoke. I smiled at him and nodded. "I know! How exciting!" I laughed. He looked around the area and pulled me. "This way...I'll show you where to go, and while you sneak in, I will grab our attention...their attention..."

"Perfect! See! We make a great team!" I smiled. He smiled back at me, and we stared at each other for a bit. Within a few days, he managed to annoy me and make me care about him. "We do," he spoke, nudging me. I nodded at him and gestured for him to lead the way. "Right! It is this way...you can't miss the door. When you open it, it automatically leads into the room, so get in and get out...quickly..." he directed.

"How will you grab their attention?" I asked. "Ahhh...if all comes to worse, I will make it known..." he smiled. He began to feel himself up, and he took out a paper...then a marker."

"Hmm? Are you going to write them a poem?" I laughed. He began to write something down, and he shook his head. "No...but something to get their attention..." he smiled. He showed me the paper, and I laughed seeing it. "What an idiot..." I spoke.

"Awww, but you love me, remember!"

"Yeah, I take it back," I laughed.
