They both use accessories most of the time. Edith mostly chooses hats and headbands while Theresa often wears either bracelets or gloves.

Personality: Edith is the more extroverted one out of the two. She's cheerful and friendly, but she tends to do things without thinking them through. Her intentions are usually good, but sometimes she doesn't consider how the person she's trying to help feels about her actions. Though she struggles with schoolwork, she tries her best in order to not let her mother down, but the pressure gets to her easily. She has a tendency to snap at people when she is feeling stressed, especially if those people put even more pressure on her. She feels bad about snapping at people, but she justifies it by claiming that she can't control her emotions at all times. She is very girly and loves typically feminine subjects and hobbies. She gets bored easily, and as soon as her interest in her latest hobby begins to fade, she drops it completely and finds something else to keep her entertained. She likes using nicknames for her friends, and vice versa. /Theresa struggles with social interactions, so she prefers to avoid initiating conversations with people if she can. She is quiet and keeps to herself, but she's very protective over the people who are important to her. She is very loyal and supportive of her family and of Edith as well, since they are the people she cares about the most. Though she will always stand up for her friends, she's unlikely to do so for herself, since she dislikes the idea of actively arguing with someone, even if they're being disrespectful towards her. Theresa is academically gifted, and she finds it easy to get good grades in math and scientific subjects. She does struggle with artistic subjects, since she's better with using formulas, memorization and logic rather than artistic or creative skills. Theresa doesn't like to talk about her feelings, which is why she doesn't show affection openly despite of how much she actually cares about people around her. This trait also results in her simply shutting down when she's upset instead of talking about the problem.

Background: Edith is the youngest of three daughters. Edith and her sisters were taught that they need to excel academically and socially from a very young age, which caused all three of them prioritize their studies and extracurricular activities above everything else. Since Edith was the youngest, she wasn't pressured as much as her sisters, but she was still expected to do well in those aspects. Edith's parents got divorced when she was 12 years old, and she was never told the reason for the divorce. Her parents' separation has affected her emotional state negatively for a long time, and she struggled with loneliness that has gotten worse when her middle sister left for college. She managed to feel a little happier by having many friends and avoiding being alone often. She started working as a waitress this year, and that's where she met Theresa and became friends with her./Theresa is the oldest child in her family, and she has a younger half-brother. Her parents separated when she was 4 years old, and her mother raised her on her own, with the help of Theresa's uncle, who had been living with them at the time. Theresa was 6 years old when her mother got remarried due to an unexpected pregnancy. Though she loved her brother right from the start, she never got along with her stepfather. Theresa struggled with making friends from a young age, and she always preferred to be alone or with her family. She attended a program for gifted children for several years during elementary school, but she had to quit when she started middle school in order to put her full focus on her regular schoolwork. Theresa's stepfather left when she was 15 years old, and though it didn't affect her much, she hated seeing how badly it hurt her brother. She supported her younger brother fully as he was struggling to come to terms with the divorce of his parents, and Theresa promised to herself and to him that she would do anything in her power to help him and protect him as his older sister. Shortly after the divorce, she got a job as a waitress in order to help her mother financially. When Edith started working there, Theresa wasn't quite cooperative to be her friend at first, but over time she grew close to Edith because of her friendly nature and stubbornness to be her friend. Though she wouldn't admit it, Theresa cares deeply for Edith, and is very protective over her.
