Snakewhisker saw Stormtail and Darkbreeze sharing a frog. 'I don't trust them, with them i just mean Darkbreeze. Stormtail is a loyal mate,' she thought. 'But still, why is he with her. I'll talk to her I think.' She walked over to the two cats. "Why are you sharing a frog with, Darkbreeze?" Snakewhisker asked. "No reason, we're just friends?" Stormtail said, he looked rather confused . "Just friends? But I thought," Darkbreeze started. "He's my mate, Darkbreeze." Snakewhisker hissed. "What?" Darkbreeze said. "Why didn't you tell me? I'm your best friend!" "Best friend?" Snakewhisker asked. "You've been ignoring me for moons! Why would I have told you?" "Oh Snakewhisker," Darkbreeze cried. "I'm so sorry! I shouldn't have ignored you, you were my best friend." Snakewhisker stared at her. "Come Stormtail," she said. "We're going." Stormtail got up. "Wait, Snakewhisker! Can I please talk to you, in private?" Darkbreeze asked.

'I hope i can trust her,' Darkbreeze thought. "So," Snakewhisker said. "Why did you want to speak with me?" "I've been meeting a Thunderclan cat," Darkbreeze whispered. "I knew you're up to something bad," Snakewhisker said. "Yes," Darkbreeze mumbled. "I now see it wasn't really smart of me, but at the great gathering I saw him with a different she-cat. A Riverclan apprentice," Darkbreeze said. "You kinda deserved that," Snakewhisker mumbled. 'Please forgive me, Snakewhisker,' Darkbreeze thought. "But I'm excepting his kits," she murmured. "You what? His kits? That's not okay!" Snakewhisker shouted. "Keep your voice down and please don't tell anyone," Darkbreeze mumbled. "And please forgive me." "I will forgive you. That's what friends do, but before I do we need to find away to get rid of your kits. Alright?" Snakewhisker said. "Or something like that." Darkbreeze nodded. "I don't want this kits, their father is a terrible cat," Darkbreeze said. 'And a murder,' she added to herself. "How did you even find out that you're expecting kits? Does Mintpelt know?" Snakewhisker asked. Darkbreeze shook her head. "Starclan spoke to me," she said. "So no one else knows?" Snakewhisker asked. "No," Darkbreeze said. "Good," Snakewhisker muttered. She stared at Darkbreeze. "You're holding back some information from me aren't you?" she suddenly said. "No!" Darkbreeze hissed. Snakewhisker stared at her. "Okay maybe," Darkbreeze muttered. "He's a, ehm, he had killed cats." "What!" Snakewhisker shouted. "I'm sorry," Darkbreeze whispered. "What's his name?" Snakewhisker asked. "Peltclaw," Darkbreeze said.

Suddenly it all made sense to Snakewhisker. "No!" she yelled. "It can't be true!" "What? What are you talking about?" Darkbreeze asked. She looked scared. "Starclan sent me and a few other cats a prophecy," Snakewhisker said. "What?" Darkbreeze asked. "I don't know, but it goes like," Snakewhisker started. "The claw that ruins every pelt and the breeze causes darkness wherever it can, need to be stopped." "Me and Peltclaw?" Darkbreeze asked. "Is that what you think?" "Well," Snakewhisker mumbled. "The claw that ruins every pelt, pelt and claw, Peltclaw. Breeze that causes darkness, breeze and darkness, Darkbreeze." Darkbreeze gasped, she had to admit it, that was quite genius. "I have to get rid of these kits!" Darkbreeze whispered. She looked extremely scared and disgusted. Suddenly Snakewhisker realised that Peltclaw had used and abused Darkbreeze. Snakewhisker couldn't help but feel bad for her friend. "I'll help you," she said. "I have an idea."

Palefur and Forestpelt were hunting together. 'I'm so happy I joined Thunderclan. It was the best decision of my life,' Forestpelt thought. 'I hope Jumppaw gets better soon, I miss spending time with her.' "Do you know how Jumppaw is doing?" Palefur asked. "No, I don't. We should visit her," Forestpelt said. "We should," Palefur mumbled. "You're worried, aren't you?" Forestpelt asked. "Yes, I am," Palefur said. "I'm worried to," Forestpelt mumbled. "But I'm sure she'll get better soon." 'Let her get better, please Starclan,' she begged.
