"Shinypaw!" Sharkfur yelled. "What's wrong?" Shinypaw asked sleepy. "We're going to train, you lazy mousebrain!" Sharkfur said. "Hey!" Shinypaw said. "Don't call me a lazy mousebrain!" The apprentice walked to her mentor. "Can I eat first, please?" she asked. "Fine. Make it fast," Sharkfur said. Shinypaw took a mouse and started to eat it. "Who else are training?" she asked. "Fairystar with Sparpaw and Bluepelt with Sunnypaw. Or so I think," Sharkfur answered. "Cool," Shinypaw muttered. "Just eat your mouse," Sharkfur said. "We don't want to be late." "Sorry," Shinypaw mumbled. She continued eating her mouse. "I'm done," she says a while later. "Good," Sharkfur purred. "Can we hunt after training?" Shinypaw asked. "Sure," Sharkfur said.

Fairystar saw Sharkfur and Shinypaw walking over to her. "I hope we're not late? Shinypaw here," Sharkfur said, as he pointed his tail at his apprentice. "Had some trouble with waking up." Fairystar smiled. "You're just on time," she said. "I didn't have trouble with waking up!" Shinypaw said. Sharkfur grinned. "Okay," Fairystar mumbled. "I guess you and Sparpaw could do a fight. Without using your claws, of course." Sharkfur nodded. "Sounds great," he said. "Are you ready, sis?" Sparpaw asks defiantly. "Always," Shinypaw whispered. "Don't make this too serious," Sharkfur warns them.

"Stop!" Fairystar shouted. "You used your claws Sparpaw! What did I say?" "That we are not aloud not use our claws," Sparpaw said. "Sharkfur can you bring Shinypaw to Redfur? I want her to be checked," Fairystar said. Sharkfur nodded, but Shinypaw looked annoyed. "I'm fine!" she said. "Sparpaw, apolog..." Sparpaw didn't hear Fairystar. 'It's always your sister this, your sister that,' Sparpaw thought. 'Just because I'm a tom they care about my sisters more! I wonder if Hawkpaw feels the same way? And Shinypaw used her claws first!' "Did you hear what Fairystar said?" Sharkfur asked. "No, sorry," Sparpaw mumbled. "I told you to apologise to your littermate, Sparpaw," Fairystar repeated. "Sorry Shinypaw," Sparpaw mumbled. Shinypaw ignored him and walked away with Sharkfur. 'She's such a little fox heart, I said sorry! And I didn't even do anything wrong! I didn't really want to fight her. I was just playing,' Sparpaw sais to himself. "You can clean the elders den, get them some food and getting rid of their ticks and fleas. Okay?" Fairystar said. Fox dung! Sparpaw thought.
