The rising sun school was a high school in the USA. It was a boys school, and here was Sebastian Moy, and Ryan Nguyen. They were into two different classrooms. The problem was that those two different classrooms were in constant fight and hate towards each other. When I say that, I mean broken chairs and tables, people coming at school normally and going out of school after a few fights, tons of kids getting either suspended or banned of the school every day, teachers quitting after a week... that's The Rising Sun School. Even if it's got such a bright name, well.. let me tell you that it is not bright at all.
