Oh, for the love I couldn't be in more pain and more in love with my fiancé right now!
Pain because well...I am about to push a goddamn human out of my freaking vagina right now! Do I need another reason!?
And more in love with my River because she is freaking amazing! She planned for everything! She rented a minivan and converted it's back into a makeshift bed by reclining the seats all the way back and putting some bedsheets and pillows there for my comfort. God! As soon as I get her a freaking vasectomy, I am going to let her fuck the shit out of me!
Because I honestly can't do this again! Fuck, no! We will already have three kids how many more do we need!? Plus, I got pregnant with twins this time what if that happens again!? Nuh-uh! Not happening! I am not pushing two freaking babies out of me...again! Not taking that risk!
"Oh, fuck!" I exclaim as I feel another contraction and immediately I feel River rubbing my back as she holds my left hand tightly.
"Very good, babe. Just a little while...Ben, how far away are we?" She asks Ben as he is driving the minivan right now.
He releases a nervous chuckle before replying, "I am so sorry but I accidentally took a wrong but don't we are on the right way now..."
"Are you fucking kidding me, Benny!? I will kill you!" I shout as I look at the back of his head.
"I am sorry, ok!? I panicked! After seeing all that water-'
"Ben! For your sake, I suggest you stop talking and just drive." River interjects, saving him as he nods and focuses on driving.
"Come, on Jones! Why did you save him!?" I ask in frustration as I try to make myself comfortable in some freaking way!
"Val, he is driving. Let's let him concentrate on that ok? If you want to yell, you have me! Go ahead!"
I squeeze River's hand tightly as I feel another contraction making me release another scream...I look at her Jones while breathing hard as I reply, "You...always...ta-take the freaking...fun out of...shouting at you..."
She chuckles and smiles as she kisses my forehead, both of us remembering the morning after that Gala when River got drunk...she took away the fun even back then by basically telling me to fire her.
"River...I am not going to have our baby in this freaking Van, am I?" I ask fearfully making a smile appear on her face as she shakes her head.
"No, way! Your contractions are still 5 minutes apart, you still have time!" She says which comforts me a little but before I can say anything Ben delivers the good news.
"We have reached the hospital!" Ben says in a singsong voice as he looks behind with a smile.
"I swear to god, Benny! If you say another word I will make you go in the delivery room with me!" I threaten him with a glare which makes the smile vanish right out of his face!
"Right! Ben, I am taking her inside. But her right prosthetic and gloves are right here, put them in that bag, park and then find us. Got it?" River instructs and both of them immediately jump into action as Jones quickly carries me out of the Van and I see Ben driving away to park the Van.
Val deposits me in a wheelchair before rolling us to the reception all the while making sure that she is always holding my left hand with either of her hands.
"I called a few minutes ago. We are having a baby, Jones, and White." She tells the receptionist who nods before getting us a nurse to take us to our delivery room. As soon as I get settled on the bed, our doctor walks into our room with a smile on his face which honestly is pissing me off.
