(Y/N)'s POV
Today we have two new students transfering to our class. From what i've heard they're brother and sister. Not that i care though. Just two more people to pick on me. The professor came in.
Professor: As you may already know, we have two new students joining us.
The others started whispering between each other.
Professor: You two may come now.
A boy and a girl came in. He was taller than her but not by much.
Lazarus: Hello, my name's Lazarus (A/N- Yes, i'll be your friend). It's nice to meet you.
He was kind of overweight but looked really strong. I should know, i have eyes for that stuff.
Ella: I'm Ella (A/N- I wanted to include my sister as well. Her name's not Ella btw. Nor mine's Lazarus). I'm Lazarus' older sister. I hope we can become friends.
She looked slim and more agile than him. Her hair was black as coal and her eyes were brown as the coat of a deer. She was... quite breathtaking.
Sophia's POV
Sophia's mind: Why are you looking at her, (Y/N)? What does that bitch have that i don't?!
Professor: Ella, you can sit beside (Y/N), and Lazarus, you can sit in front of him. Please raise your hand (Y/N).
He raised his hand and that bitch and her brother sat on their desks.
Sophia's mind: Pfft. I know my darling. He loves me. He'll never even think about talking to-
I saw them talking to each other. Rage and jealousy filled my mind.
Sophia's mind: HOW DARE SHE?! SHE'S TAINTING HIS PURE HEART!
(Y/N)'s POV
I was getting to know Ella and Lazarus. They were actually pretty nice people.
(Y/N): So, what do you like to do for fun?
Lazarus: Eh, the usual, video games, funny videos, working out... sometimes.
Ella: Reading, movies and hanging out with friends.
(Y/N): Do you have anything you like to do together as siblings?
They looked at each other and smiled.
Lazarus: We like to hunt together.
Ella: It's actually pretty fun and we can bring home the bread. Or... i guess the meat?
Lazarus hugged his sister and smiled.
Lazarus: I love it when we spend time together, sis!
Ella: Let go of me!
She pushed him away.
Lazarus: Aww, come on, you never want to hug your brother.
She was dusting herself off.
Ella: You stink! Go take a shower!
He rolled his eyes and turned to me.
Lazarus: Don't mind her. She's always like this.
(Y/N): You know... I'm something of a hunter myself.
They both looked at me in confusion.
Ella: Really?
(Y/N): Yeah. My mother taught me how.
Lazarus: Huh... Shouldn't your father be the one hunting?
(Y/N): He was staying more at his workshop, creating schematics for all sorts of new inventions. Althought many were found burnt after his death two years ago. He left me his last invention. I sometimes use it for hunting, but i prefer to use hatchets like mother used to.
I looked at them.
(Y/N): What about you? What methods do you use?
Lazarus: Usually when we go hunting, Ella is scouting up ahead and tells me if there's an animal nearby. When i get to it she wounds it in the leg if she can and i go in for the kill. If she doesn't manage to wound it i start chasing it.
(Y/N): Don't you use weapons?
He pulled up his fists.
Lazarus: Those are the only weapons i need.
Ella: Don't worry, he's quickly snapping their necks. We're trying to hurt the animal as little as possible so it doesn't suffer.
(Y/N): So if i'm reading between the lines, you're the brawn and she's the brain.
Ella: Something like that, yeah.
Lazarus: Hey! That's-... Actually pretty accurate. *Sniff* *sniff* Hey, what's burning?
There was smoke coming out of his neck. We look behind and saw Sophia staring at us.
Lazarus: Who's she?
(Y/N): My ex.
Lazarus: Why is she staring at us?
(Y/N): She wanst us to get back together but that simply won't happen. I caught her cheating on me.
Lazarus: Oh... Sorry...
(Y/N): You didn't know.
Ella: W-What're your favourite hunting grounds?
(Y/N): I'll tell you only if you two tell me yours.
Ella: Okay, we say it on three. 1. 2. 3.
Three of them: The Red Forest!
(Y/N): You like going there too?
Lazarus: Yeah. The forest is rich in wildlife.
(Y/N): I'll go hunting in the weekend if you want to come with me.
Lazarus: Sure!
Ella: It'll be fun. I want to see you using them hatchets.
Sophia's POV
Sophia's mind: Those two might get in my way to get to (Y/N). I have to go to the forest and observe them. I have to exploit every weakness. When the time comes...
A crazy smile appeared on my face.
Sophia's mind: I'll get rid of them.
I looked at my angel.
Sophia's mind: Don't worry, (Y/N). Soon there won't be any distractions. And you can love me once again.
