Unconditional Love

I heard the loud sound of my alarm clock.
I tapped the alarm clock shut as I stood up from my bed and proceed to get ready.

Today's the day I'll attend my first class.

I'm so excited.....

I gotta admit I'm a bit nervous because I don't know what to expect.

However, I will have faith that God will help me and he'll be by my side through it all.
I quickly took a shower and got dressed in blue denim jeans a white t-shirt and a blue denim jacket with my white converse.

I decided to whip up some cereal for myself. After eating I heard a knock on my door as I placed my books into my backpack.

I slid my backpack on my shoulders and yanked the doorknob open.

I smiled as I saw Veronica standing in my doorway.

"Good morning sleepyhead, I'm here to accompany you to your first class session," Veronica conveyed, happily.

"Thank you so much, that's so nice of you," I replied.

I locked my dorm room and Veronica led me to my psychology class.

Veronica guided me directly to my psychology class and we stood at the doorway nervously.

"Guess what?" Veronica questioned.

"You're in the same class as I am?" I answered raising my eyebrows.

"How did you figure that out?" She questioned, rolling her eyes.

I giggled. "It was kinda obvious."

"Can we get into class already?" She shoved me inside the class hall.

They are so many people in this class. Veronica and I took a sit close to the front a few sites across from the professor.

Once everyone was seated the professor introduced herself.
"Good morning everyone, I'm your professor for this semester and my name is Mrs Kristen Stewart." Mrs Kristen took off her coat and continued speaking. "So before we start today's lesson I'd like to get to know each one of you. Starting from the top row please stand up and say your name, age, the course you're studying and what inspired you to choose that field of study."

This will be delightful.....!!

I watched as so many girls and boys stuttered as they spoke but others were confident.

"Hello everyone, my name is Daniella Monet and I'm 19 years old, I chose to study business management and psychology because I've always wanted to own my very own business and knowing how people think is also a tool I'd love to master, thank you!." A girl at the far back of the hall introduced herself loudly.

I was nervously waiting for my turn to speak. I sat quietly biting my fingernails and saying a silent prayer that I don't mess up ...

After a while, Veronica stood up and introduced herself.

"Hi everyone, my name is Veronica Martins and I'm 19 years old. I chose to study psychology because it always fascinated me the way our brains work and the thoughts that pop up in our minds unknowingly. I wanna learn about why people act the way they do, and why they talk the way they do, I just wanna learn everything there is to know about psychology. Thank you." I clapped loudly after Veronica finished her intro.

"You're extremely fervent Veronica. I like that." Prof. Kristen stated with a smile on her face.

Veronica just blushed in response.
