Unfurling my eyelids I stared up at the ceiling.

It's already Friday......
Time flies.

I thought I finally decided to go to church on Saturday, everything's ready but I'm beginning to have second thoughts...

Why am I doing this?
Why should I go ?
Why has she turned my world upside down?
Why do I care about her?
Why does she captivate me?
What do I see in her that I can't stop thinking about her?

All these questions and more have been surging through my mind all week.

I still don't have answers to all of them which is disheartening....

I want to know why I care about her and why would I change my whole life just to be in her presence.

I laid on my bed thinking and reflecting on everything I should do.

Maybe going to church will give me all the answers I require and hopefully more.

I jumped off my bed and prepared for my Law class.

I got dressed and strolled out of my dorm room. I haven't seen Brian since yesterday, he's probably with Madison.

They've been spending tons of time together ...

I'm happy for the two of them even though I'm not sure if they're dating.

I don't have any interest in being in a relationship, after my failed relationship with Bailee I've lost hope in there being something called true love.

I walked to class and Brian wasn't there which was surprising.

I sat in my usual seat and our professor started his lesson and I tried my best to focus on what he was announcing, but my mind was elsewhere.

After class I walked to the cafeteria and bought myself a cheeseburger and salad with fries on the side.

I sat on one of the benches and strolled  through my phone while talking a bite off my burger.

While strolling on Instagram I got a text message from Brian. I called him and he answered instantly.

"Hey buddy, what's up?" I greeted enthusiastically.

"Hey Jayden, Madison and I are at the bowling alley wanna join us?" Brian informed me.

"Sure." I answered. "I'll be there in 20 minutes."

Carrying my food along with me I exited the campus building and hailed a cab.

"Hi sir, please take me to Laurentian Lanes Bowling alley."  I notified, the cab driver.

A few minutes later I arrived at the bowling alley and I spotted Madison and Brian kissing and embracing each other in a provocative way.

"Get a room would you please." I rolled my eyes and chuckled.

Brian turned his eyes towards me and laughed his arm still around Madison's shoulder.

"I would but Maddy here is playing hard to get." Brian replied with a smirk on his face.

"So this is why you called me here." I questioned, pointing between the both of them with my index finger. "To be a third Wheeler."

"Kinda..." Madison responded while giggling.

"No, don't pay attention to Madison she's high as always." Brian revealed. "I invited you here so we all could hang out like the good old days. "
