Chapter 6: Meeting The Rest Of The Family

Green was nervous. Not just because he was going to meet Blue's pack soon, and why they might judge him, but also because he had never been in a pack since his first pack mates. And they were all dead. So, he was a little nervous, and the fact that he was sweating in a hot jungle was not helping. Blue noticed this. "It's gonna be all right." She reassured him. "They know what's it like. At least I think they do. I tried to give them an in depth description, so maybe they will be a little sympathetic. They are nice, trust me." She put a hand-er-claw on his shoulder, to reassure him with physical comfort. "I know they are nice, I just don't know if they'll be weirded out by me." Green nervously replied. "What would be a 'weird' thing about you?" Blue asked. "Well, I'm a male." "Okay, but that's not weird, we've just never encountered a male before. Well except for our dad." Green's fear faded away out of curiosity. "You have a dad?" Blue's eyes suddenly looked very alarmed. There appeared to be a liquid flowing in the bottom eyelids. Green instantly felt bad. "Oh, sorry, never mind." "No, it's okay!" Blue said, trying to smile, even though her heart started to crumble on the subject. "It's just, I haven't seen him in a while. The last thing he told me was that I was a new alpha, on my own." Green then smiled. "Well, you certainly have the attitude." Blue blushed, a cute happy smile on her face. "Aww, you're nice. Oh, we're almost here!" "Hmmph!?" Green said with a closed mouth, as his face was too alarmed to say anything. He instantly felt nervous again. He was so far from his home. "Stop shaking, stop shaking, stop shaking," he thought. "You got this. You're a male. Impress them." "Ok, I'll go one ahead, and I'll tell you when they're ready. They're probably wondering where I've been." She said. "Sure, ok." He said all too calmly, even though Blue could see his faking. In fact, his chest was going up and down at rapid speed. Blue went to chat with her sisters. She walked through some of the bushes to her and her sisters nest. They were all just chilling, and doing their own thing. Echo, sharpening her claws, and Delta and Charlie, having a play fight, and Delta was certainly winning. Echo was the first to notice her. "Hey Blue, where ya been?" She said in a nonchalant voice. "Sisters," she began, "I've got some things to tell you." Charlie bobbed her head up, intrigued by the thought of new things. Delta just eyed her with a bored look. "I've found another raptor." "Ooh, where are they?" Said an excited Charlie. "I've brought him here, to meet the rest of you. "He's a male?" Delta asked, surprised by the revelation. "Yes," Blue answered. "I'll go get him now." She went off to the bushes. Green heard everything, and was really considering ditching everything and running away. But, Blue would be heartbroken. And he couldn't stand the thought of Blue crying. "They're ready for you." Blue said from the bushes. She peeped her head out. "Come." Green did as he was told, and followed. He followed her into the nest, where 3 others awaited. "Woah..." said Charlie. "Welcome. What's your name?" Asked Delta. "I'm Green." He responded. Blue gave the rest of the introductions herself. "Well, nice to have another member." Echo said. "How did you meet?" "I found him in a place far from here." Blue said. She explained the rest of the story, and everyone slowly excepted Green as a member of the pack. When she was finished, Green was made an official member of the pack. A red eye watched in the distance. "Gotcha..."

Green awoke at night, from nightmares of the attack on his old pack. He sat on a log, as he watched the moon. He heard footsteps from behind, and a familiar figure sat next to him. Blue didn't say anything, but looked at him, and smiled, before also looking at the moon. Green looked at the side of her face. She was even more beautiful in the moonlight. Blue moved her eye to look at him, and blushed and smiled when she realized he was looking at her. Green hugged her. She returned it. A single tear dropped from his eye. "Thank you." He said. "For what?" She asked. "For a new life."

It's been a while since I posted to this story. But I'm back now

Also Green is not an OC he was inspired by a raptor that was theorized to be in JW: Fallen Kingdom. So if you wanna know what he looks like, just look up the green raptor toy from Mattel or the green raptor from the lego set
