Alicia's POV
6:00pm
I sit and start meditating on the Lord's goodness. Well l'm nineteen and British. My family is in Britain and l became a Born again Christian when l came to see my aunt here and she then introduced me her friend who introduced me to Dwaine and then to Jasmine who introduced me to God.
So when l went back to Britain and told them they abandoned me when I was just sixteen so Jasmine took me in as her daughter and raised me until now.

So that's why l'll forever praise my God.

I got this small job at a officer and working at a coffee shop on weekends in order to take care of myself.
I know at my age l'm maybe supposed to be with an boyfriend or even an ex but l'm just waiting for my soulmate cause l don't want to date someone and then love them when they ain't mine.

So l'll wait

I hear footsteps coming to my direction and it was Rav.
"Rav" l hug her "How are you it's been long" she had sad eyes as she sighed and gave me a fake smile "Nothing much" l gaze at her as she sat in the chair "But you'll be okay with God by your side" "Yeah"
We then start taking about church as l see Chantelle come too, time later Kyle comes and behind her was

I just knew it!!

They first looked at each other while confused.

I sigh as l look down while putting my sweaty palms on my skirt as l cleaned them. I then suddenly feel the peace.
Thank you Lord. I then get the courage and look up at them with a genuine smile.

Marsai's POV
I look and see Rav, Kyle and Chan here!! We were all surprised. Wait did Alicia plan this and did they also tell her problems. Wait do they have even problems too?

"So hi everyone" Alicia says with a smile

"Hi"

"Hello"

"Hullos"

"Hiiii"

"So how are you guys doing" Alicia asks and we all of a sudden became quiet

Well l'm not so good. I look around and they looked a bit sad

What's going on with their lives?

"Okay sorry guys about that but l wanted to talk to you. I sent that message to all of you for a reason. I know there's something that each of you are going through that kills you each and everytime. It hurts a lot but giving up won't help a lot. In Jeremiah 32:27 The Lord says that there's nothing that too hard for our God and your problems are like mustard seeds for Him. The Lord has a reason to why He chose you and He knows how He's gonna make your hardship a testimony if you just BELIEVE!"
Alicia says as we were all listening.

And it was fucking amazing!!

Kyle's POV
"He has a reason to why He chose you from your family and l remember when Rav told me that you guys suddenly met on a road side, how your life was when running away from the cops and sleeping in a hut" l chuckle as l remember that moment.

"At the street Chantelle told me that she heard a guy preaching. Rav told me as well and l know that's what made you want to know God right" we all suddenly nodded yes

Wow! They were really there?

"And you guys meeting at church and praying together. Is it by coincedence. And now you guys and your life journeys are almost the same. You are the people God has chosen to lead your family, friends, people to God cause He knows you can handle anything. You are strong warriors. If you were able to face and overcome all the trials that happened in your life then l know you can overcome anything. Let's not give up in God guys cause God will never give up on us. Let's be the reason people stay and trust in God cause trust me there are people who have worse problems than you. Be the reason why people never give up on life no matter how it may be difficult. Make your family closer to God, your friends cause you're holding up the light and guys!
