Months ago, if you told yourself you would be facing your ex girlfriend again, you'd think it was a lie. Well, you could understand why. How things ended with Shuri, didn't play out so well. After all, you are a double agent.

Few years back, you were tasked to go undercover not only in the Avengers, but in Wakanda too. That's how you met Shuri. She was beautiful, ethereal, funny and probably the best person you know during the entirety of your mission. You ended up having a relationship with her, and the love might've been fake for the first week, but how could you not fall for her after being by her side for so long? Eventually, what turned to friendship became true love. However, you didn't forget about your mission. To steal secret information from inside and gather knowledge on the team.

Every single time you know you were betraying them, your heart ached a little. Not because you cared for the Avengers but because you cared for Shuri. Seeing her smile so brightly at the sight of you without knowing what you're doing behind her back. It hurt. You thought you could keep the secret up and maybe tell her once your mission was done, but it didn't worked out that way.

The Avengers found out you were an impostor, and immediately alerted everyone with connections to the team, that includes the Wakandans. You knew from the moment they tried to lock you up, that Shuri would've heard the news and was feeling all sorts of negative emotions such as betrayal.

You managed to escape custody and ran as far as you could. You created a new identity and went back to your organisation to give them every detailed information you could get. Part of you also wanted to quit, knowing how much pain this job has caused others. It sucked to even step into your job, without having flashbacks to the faces of your teammates standing there, shocked at who you really are. But what pains you the most was not knowing how Shuri was doing, and how she was dealing with the situation. You wanted to run to her and apologise, losing everything for her. But you couldn't do that. You didn't deserve her. She deserves someone better than you. And with that, you continued working as a spy, obtaining information, breaking and entering into houses. Same old, same old.

Well, today in particular wasn't the same. In fact, it might be a life changer. Your mission was pretty simple. Break and enter into a house and obtain information from a computer. You thought that it was super easy, it got you a little too suspicious. You double checked with your boss and he gave you a thumbs up. Guess you were lucky.

You did your usual style of breaking in which was basically muscle memory at this point and you quietly closed the window that you came up from. You already had your black gloves that helps cover your fingerprints. One scan of the dark room and you already managed to find the computer sat on a high table. So easy. You walked towards it and opened it before you started swiftly typing in possible passwords that was given to your boss to open the laptop. The first one didn't work and so did the second one. You tried every possible ones on your paper until you got to a certain one and manage to successfully get in.

"Yes!" You muttered under your breath.

All you needed to do now was to head to the files section of computer and copy them using your thumb-drive. Easy peasy, right?
