ASHTON

I couldn't sleep. I stayed up all night thinking. thinking of what i did to make her do this. I came up with nothing. I have been a loving and loyal boyfriend and in return for my chivalrous manner, she cheats on me.

I got up and got a shower before getting dressed. Great, the students have bonding activities with their partner planned today so i have the pleasure of watching her all over him.

I always knew he was trouble. He was too quiet for my liking. He seems innocent to most but i saw straight threw him because at one stage in my life, i was the exact same.

When i got out of the bathroom i noticed Lauren sitting on the end of the bed. She glanced at me and whispered, "Hi."

"Morning. You have ten minutes to get ready and meet up downstairs in the square. I'll leave you to get ready," i grabbed my hiking bag before making my way to the door.

"Wait," she said, causing me to stop in my tracks but i couldn't look at her - it hurt too much. "Have you made up your mind, Ashton?"

"No. No i haven't," i stated before walking out the door and slamming it shut. I made my way down to the square to see Calum and jack yelling at each other. "Problem boys?"

Jack snapped, "He gave me a black eye." He pointed to his swollen black eye.

I turned to Calum and yelled, "How dare you! Thats ridiculous!"

Jack smirked and turned to face the other way as we heard girls' voices. I fist bumped Calum and whispered, "Nice touch."

Soon everyone was here except one person, of course, lauren. I said, "I'll be two minutes."

I jogged up the steps and into my room. She was sat on the edge of the bed staring blankly at the wall. "Get up. You're late," i went all teacher-y on her.

"I'm not going," she glanced at me before staring at her phone in her hands.

I walked over to her and growled, "I said...get up."

"And i said I'm not going," she growled back, glaring at me this time. "Not until i get an answer. Are we still together?"

"I'm sorry if i don't make quick decisions like when you make the rash decision of jumping into bed with every male. Get up," i demanded.

"Fine," she smirked as she walked past me and out the door. Oh God, she has a plan. I walked down to the square. It had brightened up so i called out, "Everyone to the forest! Partner bonding today!" There was a loud groan but everyone made their way down.

I decided to start with the river. I yelled, "Everyone line up in their partners." They all obeyed and formed and orderly queue. "The guy in the partner is going to carry the girl across the river now. So lets go."

I crossed the river and couldn't care for any of the couples. Calum simply threw claire over his shoulder and made his way across. Jack and Lauren were last. He threw her over his shoulder and pretended to throw her in the river. They both burst out laughing. I froze. This wasn't a put on laugh to make me jealous. No, this was her real laugh. I yelled, "Hurry up. We don't have all day." Their laughter died down and jack carried her across, setting her down at the end.

We were about to walk off when i heard, "Sir! I don't have a partner." I looked back to see Macy standing on the other side. Good, Lauren was always jealous of her.

I said, "Mr Irwin to the rescue!" Earning a laugh from the class as i ran through the river to macy. Lauren's a jealous person so this should be good. I picked Macy up bridal style and made my way through the river. I put her down and said, "Macy, you join Calum and Claire."
