2. The Team Flare Incident

If you watched the Anime you can skip this Chapter. The only important thing comes against the end.

I have decided I am not going to retell the whole Story of the Team Flair incident but to cut it in small parts. The main reason for it, is that it's five good episodes where I wouldn't change anything, also it would take too long.

The gang including Alain and Prof. Sycamore meets at the entrance of the League Stadium planning how to save Lumiose City and Kalos. They split up in three groups. Ash and Alain search at the Stadium grounds for Alain's friend Michaela. Clemont and Bonnie are going to the Prism Tower to get the Tower back under control. Serena and Professor Sycamore are coordinating the evacuation. while the team is finalising their plans squishy is on its way to get to the other Zygarde to snap it out of team Flair's Mind control.

ASH POV

After some time searching for Michaela, Alain and I heard a girl scream in fear that it was Michaela who was getting attacked we both rushed to where the sound came from. When we came there, we saw a young girl being attacked by Team Flare grunts. Ash and Alain calling out their Partner Pokémon both are ready until the green haired female grunt screams "what are you doing Alain?" this made me wonder what Alain had to do with them, so I asked him direct "Alain how you stand to them" he simply replied with "it's complicated Ash." The grunt answered, "it's not that complicated Alain is something like a colleague, he researched Mega-Evolution for Lysander." "What?" I asked looking to Alain who looked away. In the Same moment, the green haired grunt commanded her Lippard to use confusion ray on Pikachu and me and the next thing I knew everything turned black.

Serena POV

Prof. Sycamore, Champ Diantha, Shauna, Tierno, Trevor, Swayer and I are working on the evacuation where I spot Michaela but neither seeing Ash and Alain. I'm running other to her asking where Ash and Alain are. she didn't know either. She said she was on the way to Lysander's Lab to get her Chespin and Prof. Sycamore and I decided to join her leaving the rest of the evacuation to Shauna and the rest.

Squishy inside his head.

'Do you hear me? '

(No Answer)

'what happened. I feel your anger, fear, and pain. So please answer me? '

(No Answer)

'I must hurry. If he is under Team Flare's control the whole region is in danger. '

(Transforms in his 10% dog like form and rushes to the Prisma. As he arrives, he sees his counterpart, turned red in the colours of team flare. The red Zygarde who was standing on the top of the Prisma tower, in his 50% Form, starts attacking squishy with his red roots shooting out of the ground. Squishy uses the speed, of his 10% form, to evade the roots and uses dragon breath but because of his weakened form it has no effect. He tries many more time. Meanwhile Ash wakes up at the top of the Prisma tower.)

Ash POV

I was slowly waking up when I realised that I am at the top of the Prisma Tower. My Pokémon, all out of their Pokeballs, locked in the air just like I am myself. Looking down to my left I saw Alain. "Where are we? help me Alain!" "We are on the top of the Prisma Tower where a new world is getting build!" a tall man, who was standing at the edge of the Prisma Tower overlooking Kalos, yelled in excitement.

(Evil monologue)

"Now I'm going to use this beam on you Ash and your Greninja and turn you into slaves like I did with Zygarde!" Lysander told me with confidence. "I would rather die than turn into your slave and this will never happen!" "We will see about that!" Lysander countered. He shoots the beam at me, and I feel agonising pain and I could feel Greninja pain. That triggered the bond phenomenon and Greninja and I could free ourselves and through that Alain also stand up against Lysander. A two vs one started between me and Alain vs Lysander.
