Chapter two.

"Are you sure this is it?" 

Pasaana was nothing but desert, oceans of golden sand. Poe lead the group as Aurora gently pushed BB-8 over a sand dune, patting his head as he beeped in thanks. 

"These are the exact coordinates that Master Luke left behind," C-3PO replies.

Rounding the corner, suddenly the desert became booming with life; music echoing through the mountains, people everywhere celebrating loudly as the kites and clouds of colours bright up the sky. 

"What is this?" Poe exclaims, Aurora smiles, never had she seen such happiness and life. 

"The Aki-Aki Festival of the Ancestors," C-3PO replies, Poe groans putting his head in his hands, "The celebration occurs only once every forty-two years."

"Well, that's lucky," 

"Lucky indeed!" C-3PO exclaims, "This festival is known for both is colourful kites and its delectable sweets." 

Everyone turned to him, rolling their eyes as C-3PO paused, glancing over his own shoulder to see what they were all looking at. Aurora sighs, looking back over the festival before taking Poe's hand leading them down towards the festivals. 

"I've never seen anything like this," Rey says, looking around with a smile on her face. 

"I've never seen so few wayfinders," Finn replies dryly making Adam chuckle.

Poe looks over his shoulder at the group, hand tightening around Aurora's, "There is always random First Order patrols in crowds like these, so Chewie keep your head down." 

Chewie ducked to the crowd's height, walking with his knees bent. Poe walks ahead, talking Aurora with him as he calls over his shoulder, "Let's split up, see what the locals know."

Poe and Aurora walked through the crowds, people bumping into them as they went. Aurora looks over her shoulder, feeling something watching her and Poe before turning back to Poe who gently pulls her along. 

"Excuse me," 

Poe and Aurora look down, a young alien boy smiles up at them, a bright blue tunic brushing against the sand with golden details. He holds up a beaded bracelet, light brown beads and the odd coloured one with a small heart charm made from an oak wood. 

"Hey," Aurora smiles, crouching down in front of the boy, letting go of Poe's hand. 

"Your Aurora Solo," The young boy smiles, pointing teeth showing brightly. 

"I am but you have to keep in a secret," Aurora says as the boy nods enthusiastically. 

"I have this for you," He holds her the bracelet, "I made it myself." 

"Its beautiful," She takes the bracelet in the palm of her hand, thumb tracing the heart charm, "Thank you." 

"Is he your boyfriend?" The boy whispers, looking up at Poe who chuckles, crouching beside Aurora. 

"I am," Poe answers, the boy smiles taking one of his own beaded bracelet off and passing it to Poe, "That's yours-"

"It matches Princess Aurora's," The boy says, placing the bracelet in Poe's hand, "I think it would be nice to have something matching." 

Poe smiles, putting on the bracelet, "Thank you-"

Poe's voice became nothing but murmurs as Aurora looks over the boys shoulder, there staring at her was Kylo Ren; his mask now back on with dark red lines breaking through it, his red lightsabre in his hand as his eyes stay glued onto her. 

Aurora blinks as Poe gently nudged her, the boy was smiling at her asking for a hug which she nodded to, opening her arms and letting the boy hug her. 

"Thank you for the bracelet," 

The young boy pulls away, "Thank you for saving us." 

Aurora and Poe stand as the young boy runs back through the crowd, Aurora looks over to were Kylo once stood, finding him gone she looked around, Poe watching her frantically turning around.

"Rora," He puts his hands on her arms, stopping her from panicking, "What's wrong?" 

"We have to go-"

Finn and Adam ran towards them, Rey and Chewie hot on their tail, "We gotta go," 

"Why? What's wrong?" 

"Stormtroopers." 

"Kylo Ren is coming," 

Finn, Adam, Rey, Poe and Chewie paused, BB-8 beeping and C-3PO turned to look at Aurora. Finn nods slowly, eyes wide as he points at Aurora, "That's worse." 

Poe took Aurora's hand, the group running through the crowds and over the dunes before skidding to a stop as they came face to face with a stormtrooper. Finn took Aroura's hand as the Stormtrooper began talking through his comms warning other to get to him as he hand to so called 'criminals'. 

Suddenly, an arrow was shot into the Stormtroopers mask and he dropped to the ground. The group simultaneously turned their heads to look at the man how shot the arrow, his face was covered in a mask and he had a cloak around his body. 

"Follow me." 

With no other option, Aurora and the group followed the man, Poe's hand still in hers, Aurora gently pulled him into the tent the man had led them too.

"Hurry, Leia sent me a transmission." 

"How did you find us ?" Finn asks. 

"Wookie's stand out in the crowd." 

The man takes off his mask. Aurora smiles as Chewie roars, hugging Lando Calrissian. The two pull away as Lando smiles at Aurora, "And always spot this beautiful Princess." 

Aurora hugged Lando tight, "Hey Lando," 

"Hey kid, how are you?" Lando asks, pulling away with a small smile. 

"Been better," 

"This is General Lando Calrission," C-3PO introduced. 

"We know who he is, 3PO," Adam replies, shaking hands with Lando, "It's an honour."

Poe placed a hand on the base of Aurora's back, "General Calrissian, we are looking for Exegol." 

Lando pauses, looking at Aurora who just nods in confirmation, he sighs, "Of course you are."

"Can you help us?" Aurora asks. 

Lando smiles, tapping a device on his wrist, a hologram of a wayfinder appearing above it, "Only two were made." 

"A Sith wayfinder," Rey points out, "Luke Skywalker came here to find one." 

Lando chuckles, "I know, I was with him. Luke and I were trailing an old Jedi hunter," Lando taps the device on his wrist again, showing an hologram of an alien, "Ochi of Bestoon, he was carrying a clue that could lead to a wayfinder. We followed his ship halfway across the galaxy here. But when we arrived, the ship was abandoned. No clue, no wayfinder. "

"Is Ochi's ship still out here?" Rey asks. 

"It's out in the desert where he left it," Lando answers, "Out past Lurch Canyon." 

Shouts from outside caught Aurora's attention, pulling back the curtain for everyone to see, TIE fighters flew towards them. Aurora looked over at Lando, the two sharing a look as Lando muttered, "I got a bad feeling about this." 

"Thank you, General," Poe nods. 

"Take care of the Princess," Lando replies, pressing a kiss on Aurora's cheek, "Send Leia my love, good luck Rora."

"Thanks Lando."
